Domaine Paul Pillot is a winery located in Chassagne-Montrachet, Burgundy. Founded in 1968 by Paul Pillot, it is now run by his children, Thierry and Chrystelle. The domaine owns around 13 hectares of vines in Chassagne, St Aubin and Santenay, two-thirds of which are planted with white grape varieties. The soils of the Chassagne-Montrachet vineyards are predominantly limestone and clay.
