Among the tools offered by the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB), the guide En route to the burgoves proves to be a practical tool to discover the diversity of the wine tourism offer offered in Burgundy. Its general map presents the essential sites of the region, the mini-maps detail each route of wines, that of Chablis and the Grand Auxerrois, the Châtillonnais, the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune, the Côte Chalonnaise, the Mâconnais and the Nivernais. It refers to the 346 coordinates of the field, houses and cooperatives joining the host the De Vignes en Caves charter and recalls the dates of the wine events taking place in Burgundy. Bilingual French-English, it's the essential tool for organizing its cellars visits.
