A large family business, born in 1898, specialized in sparkling wines. Its 250 ha of vineyards cover 6 different terroirs producing numerous crémants of Burgundy appellation as well as more prestigious crus: brut blanc de blanc, vintage, grande cuvée, organic. The guided or audio-guided tour reveals the workshops, cellars, robots and automatons. In the store, you will find products from the Burgundy region: aniseed from Flavigny, Fallot mustard, Prosper Maufoux wines from Saint-Aubin.

Champy, founded in 1720, is the oldest of Beaune's great houses. Visit by appointment on rue du Grenier à Sel. Without an appointment, at Place de la Halle, you'll find a convivial boutique with a view of the Hôtel Dieu and a team of experts on Climats. Upstairs, a lounge area ideal for tasting Premiers and Grands Crus from the Côte de Beaune and Nuits. 500,000 bottles a year are produced from a third of the estate's 25 ha of vines, 30% of which are organic. Dimitri Bazas, technical director and oenologist, guarantees rigorous vinification.

Welcoming Anne-Marie and Philippe Dufouleur to their estate near the Hospices de Beaune is always an exceptional moment. Their 5 ha vineyard in Beaune and Savigny-les-Beaune covers 14 appellations, including 8 reds. The winery and cellars of their charming house adjoin Les Jardins de Loïs, 5 guest rooms and a gîte, refined upscale accommodations. Philippe Dufouleur vinifies his wines respecting the typicity of each climate: Beaune^1er Cru rouge, Clos des Perrières, Le Clos du Roi, Les Cent-Vignes...

The Marché aux Vins is located in the former ^15th century church of the Cordeliers with a breathtaking view of the Hospices. Property of the Halley family, as well as the châteaux of Meursault and Marsannay, this place steeped in history is the showcase of the best Premiers Crus and Grands Crus of the emblematic domains of the region, Hospices de Beaune, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Hôpital de Dijon, a selection of champagnes and spirits as well. You can discover these wines thanks to a Discovery tour, a Premiers Crus or Grands Crus tasting tour.

A farmer trader in Beaune since 1997, Alex Gambal, this American fallen into love for Beaune, has quickly made himself known for the quality of his wines. Assisted by Fabrice Laronze, his chef, the house is growing year by year, so 2,5 ha are now owned, or 30% of production. Philosophy: respect the characteristics of each appellation and vintage. Traditional winemaking is based on the quality of the raw material: partnership and trade with wine producers. Established since 2005 in the old buildings of the Bouchard house, the work tool is adapted to the current constraints of winemaking, hygiene, procedures and passion make success success. 20 catalogue names, 60% of which are white. Here you can find Pinot noir noir and chardonnay burgundy, some names from the Coast of Beaune and the Côte de Nuits (meursault, chassagne-montrachet, puligny-montrachet, vosne-romanée). With a sober design, prices in the range of 10 € to 130 €, the only claim of the house is to satisfy your good taste!

In 1988, Jean-Luc Aegerter acquired a wine business in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and in 1994, he bought his first vineyard plots of 1.17 ha. Today, his son Paul vinifies and cultivates 50 ha, 14 ha of which he owns. Paul produces wines from magical vineyards covering most of the Burgundy appellations - an empire! In the boutique, open every day, all year round, customers can find all the wines produced by Domaine Aegerter: still wines, Crémants, recent vintages, exceptional wines... what else?

Every year, the ODG des Vins de Beaune organizes the Saint Vincent de Beaune event, which takes place on Saturday March 23 at the Musée du Vin, Hôtel des Ducs de Bourgogne. A day of tastings of Beaune wines by Beaune wineries and estates.

The Albert Ponnelle House is now led by Pierre Ponnelle. More than 200 000 bottles are produced. Pierre Ponnelle has naturally evolved into organic wines. Domaine Dublère is a winery located in Beaune, Burgundy. Founded in 2004 by Blair Pethel, a former American political journalist, the domaine offers a selection of high-quality red and white wines. The wines are made from grapes from various appellations in the region, including Savigny-lès-Beaune, Chassagne-Montrachet, Charmes-Chambertin and Corton-Charlemagne. Domaine Dublère wines can be tasted and purchased directly from the estate, by appointment.

The Cauvard family has been working the vines for 400 years but it is only for 40 years, or 3 generations, that the estate exists as a winegrower producer. The rather contemporary house hides its treasures well. The first is Clos de la Maladière, a 2 ha monopoly in a red and white village, located behind the house that houses 800 m² of cellar where the estate's wines, produced from the 20 ha of vines cultivated, are aged. When we know that Henri Cauvard, assisted by his son Julien, is the president of ODG "Les Vins de Beaune", we can only imagine their love and passion for the Beaune Appellation, which they produce so well. Their First Growths, Beaune Teurons, Beaune Cent Vignes, Beaune Bressandes and Beaune Grèves are sufficient for this demonstration. The wines outside Beaune, are among others Corton Charlemagne completed by Villages Chorey les Beaune, Aloxe-Corton, Pommard les Noizons, Volnay... The cultivation of the vines is in rational control, the harvest can be manual but also automated. The 2018 vintage was vinified in the new 400 m² winery, whose cellars join the house's through a tunnel.
