Pierre Ravaut, 6th generation of the Gaston and Pierre Ravaut estate, now owns his own house, a rich and promising heritage in the pure family tradition. The Château de Cîteaux estate is one of the first wine production sites created by the monks in 1098. The history of this estate of Savigny which belongs to one of the oldest families of Savigny-les-Beaune wine growers dates back to 1529. Henri Prudhon was created in 1945 by Henri and his wife, both from the maturity families of Saint-Aubin. Their son Gérard developed bottling and on-line marketing. It is now his two sons, Philippe and Vincent, who manage the operation, 85% of which is part of the export. The 15 hectares of vines spread between Saint-Aubin, Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet.
