Amateurs of the High Coasts, a step at Domaine Denis Fouquerand & Fils is required. These owners, exhibitors and designers, have 19 hectares of vines, mainly located in La Rochepot, Santenay and Pommare. Laurent today took the succession of his father Denis. The Domaine produces reds and whites in Burgundy, Haute-Côtes-de-Beaune and Appellations Village Santenay and Pommare. Each year, the domain also produces 17 000 bottles of crémant White black, White white or rosé. Besides the quality of its prices, very affordable, the estate'cultivates'also its sense of hospitality with two guest rooms located in a house adjoining the estate, at the foot of the castle of La Rochepot.

Bonjour, un excellent souvenir de Madame Fouquerand qui a pris de son temps en pleine vendange, pour nous expliquer la façon de travailler. Puis nous avons déguster le Hautes-Côtes-De Beaune "Derrière Montbard"2015, un excellent crû que je vous recommande vivement; je regrette de n'en avoir pris que trois quilles. Et dommage aussi pour la chambre d'hôtes, ces sympathiques vignerons laissent leurs chambres d'hôtes aux cueilleurs; mais nous reviendrons.
