Vermillon is a boutique where you can discover the wine selections of Tingting Li, an oenologist trained in Dijon and a Burgundian for 16 years. Her experience as a wine merchant and exporter to China, and her sensitivity to the emotions that wines convey, set her apart from other wine merchants. Discover some thirty biodynamic, integrated and organic estates, and young, talented winemakers with innovative practices. This is a creative wine cellar, where you'll be welcomed in small groups for a tasting on a specific theme.
