The wine cellar of the Hospices is ideally located in the city centre of Beaune. The great speciality of the house is the sale of old vintages, purchased from individuals or regional areas. The Cellar des Hospices offers over 3000 wines from all over France. Here you will discover beautiful discoveries in bourgognes, in Bordeaux, in champagnes or in spirits… Attention! Connoisseurs know this well, but we prefer to specify it: the old vintages are not guaranteed because their conservation cycle is not set. However, you can find here bottles dating back to… 1906! Of course, the prices are not within everyone's reach, but the Cellars of the Hospices also offer some more recent bottles at very reasonable prices. From April to October, the boutique is also a wine bar with a pleasant terrace overlooking hospices: the ideal place to enjoy a wine from the selection of the week around a cheese board or charcuterie. Francisco Palazon and his team always greet you warmly and offer wine in bottle, magnum or boxed. A place for researchers of treasures… to offer or to offer!
