The house is famous for its Lorraine specialities, macaroons, bergamots, candies and Stanislas' babas with mirabelle plum brandy. The Beaune shop has a large selection of chocolates. Before Easter, the choice is incredible: fish, fried, eggs, dark, white or milk, Burgundy snails, florentines, beggars, gingerbread.
