Since 1974, the Fran-Per owners have been located in the upper part of the city, at the crossroads of Carrer Catalunya and Carrer Sant Jordi, and they provide the personal service that is characteristic of a fine family business. The Maison Samaran is a reference in the pink city! The people of Toulouse know it well, as it has a box in each of its three covered markets. The shop located on Place Victor-Hugo is also a rotisserie. In addition to the preserves made by the shop, it also supplies roast poultry and game lovers in season. An architectural treasure, its first version is attributed to André Jules Michelin in 1901. At the time, its creation required the destruction of the entire neighborhood. The result was a building that could accommodate up to 25 butchers and charcuterie stores, 10 fishmongers and 115 market gardeners, fruit growers and cheesemongers in 4^m2 dressing rooms. The space has been refurbished without losing its former soul, and now takes on the silhouette of a Baltard-style pavilion where people still come to shop for fresh produce and gourmet foods.

In the 70's, the Romain family took over this very old estate, ripped out the hybrids and replanted with more noble grape varieties. The appellation Vins de Pays des Coteaux et Terrasses de Montauban was born. For more than twenty years, the sons Philippe and Thierry have been at the helm of this beautiful 70-hectare vineyard, and offer a very complete range of wines. Generous reds, very respectable whites. Rosés too, like the Syrah rosé which won a silver medal and the Mas des Anges rosé, gold medal at the Mondial du Rosé.

All year long the city of Moissac organizes an important farmer's market gathered around the covered market hall. The quality of the producers and the freshness of the products offered such as fresh fruits and vegetables, original products, cheeses and various products from our region, in a very Occitan atmosphere! Organized periodically by the "Petit Boi" association and the "Producers of the Moissagai Basin", on Saturdays and Sundays during the weekly market on the Place des Récollets, the themed markets highlight seasonal products.

A magnificent farm whose success can be praised: to impose a cheese, the "tome du Ramier" from a region which, a priori, is not frankly one of the most cheesy, it was not a foregone conclusion. We date the origin of this market to the end of the 19th century! Of the three covered markets in Toulouse, it is the only one to have preserved a market hall in keeping with the original spirit. Seven different apple juices are produced. The traditional one is a blend of three apple varieties (granny, golden and braeburn), giving a subtle taste of fresh apples; other varieties include cherry apple, granny, golden, braeburn, pink lady... For the festive season, Fonti'bubbles makes apple juice sparkling.

A large general market is held all year round in the town centre of Caussade. It is known and recognized by all the inhabitants and has been attracting a crowd of local buyers for decades. The Caussade market is a real institution. It remains one of the most authentic markets in the region. You will find the delicate flavours of the South-West, from the black chicken of Caussade to the fattened duck, not forgetting the nuts and other fruits and vegetables. You will find a plethora of producers and seasonal products.

On Wednesdays, the market is more confidential, with only local fruit and vegetable producers. On Saturdays, it is the most important and most diversified market. It remains traditional with once again many local producers, a good majority of whom offer organic products, but it has a slightly fair spirit with non-food products as well. You will be able to buy fancy or designer jewellery, straw hats, various clothes and even flowers and plants

Located in Lorp-Sentaraille, in the heart of the Ariège region, Compagnie des Pyrénées has specialized in fruit and vegetable processing for over 25 years. Their products, such as jams, jellies, compotes, coulis, confits and condiments, are made with traditional know-how and a concern for quality. The range includes organic jams, coulis in a variety of flavors, original sauces and ketchups, and confits with onions, figs and balsamic vinegar. La Compagnie des Pyrénées also offers customized recipes and own-brand packaging.

Occitan is spoken before 10am and "English" afterwards. Regional products abound, local producers are honoured and the presence of craftsmen such as the remover, the manufacturer of leather sandals to your measures transport you in its markets of former days which makes that we are not surprised to see and hear some troubadours at the angle of an arcade. You won't want to miss this store selling regional products at the foot of the cathedral. The Ramajo family raises ducks and geese in Dému, transforming them into fine local products. The preserves and prepared dishes feature foies gras, of course, but also stuffed neck, garbure, cassoulet... This real living memorial attracts up to 300 coaches and thousands of people every year. The "Armagnac connoisseur diploma" of Joseph-Dupeyron Academy awaits the most disciplined ones! This place was nominated for the trophies of tourism in Midi-Pyrénées. The group also has some vineyards in the region of Bordeaux region: note it down!

A 100% female team advises you and offers you with a smile a very beautiful range of regional products: sausage or duck heart, terrines, pâtés, wines, armagnacs, oils and condiments... The choice is wide and ideal to compose a gourmet basket to offer or take home. In addition, there is a wide range of utensils and tableware in the colours of the region. The shop has just expanded by investing in the adjoining premises to open a cheese dairy. Les Fleurons de Lomagne has been in existence for more than 15 years now, and due to its success, other boutiques have been opened in Auch, Condom and Agen.

Isabelle, Pascal and Philippe keep this estate alive with its 28 hectares spread over three terroirs. The result is a wide choice of appellations: Madiran, Pacherenc de Vic-Bilh, Saint-Mont and Côtes-de-Gascogne. Reds, rosés, dry or sweet whites, all palates will find something to enthuse about. Maison Gélas is one of the most important references in Bas-Armagnac. A guided tour takes you through the cellar founded in 1865 by Baptiste Gélas. You will discover the stills room where the brandies are distilled, as well as the different professions linked to the production of armagnac: distiller, cellar master, cooper... The adjoining cellar-boutique contains more than 800 references of armagnacs, flocs de Gascogne, plum brandies or liqueurs. The house has also developed recipes for vinegar or mustard with Armagnac.

Marie-Ange and Jérôme Soriano welcome you to this estate of twenty-five hectares of vines, which they endeavour to cultivate with respect for its natural environment. They keep the spirit of the château they took over a few years ago and perpetuate the négrette tradition, with four red wines, all of which are AOP Fronton. Marie-Ange and Jérôme also venture down more daring paths, with, for example, a Dolce Vita rosé with floral scents to be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif, or a dry white with pear and grapefruit aromas.

Carrefour Portet-sur-Garonne is a hypermarket located in the Portet shopping center. It offers a wide range of products and services, including Carrefour Banque, Carrefour Drive, car rental, entertainment, catering, travel and more.
