2019 is the year of renewal for the Château de Tauzies! Purchased since spring 2018 by Nathalie Deschamps and Jacques Tranier, the estate was the subject of major work in the following months. The elements that gave the building its majestic character have been preserved: the monumental staircase, the heights under ceilings, the 36 hectares of vines... The project of the new owners is to make this place a top-of-the-range meeting place. And, in addition to exceptional accommodation, they offer a discovery offer around wine. Because what has made the reputation of this château for years is its vineyard. Tauziès has its own vintages, vinified at Château de Candastre (the two places have merged into the same Société Civile d'Exploitation Agricole). The first vintages of this label were released in winter 2018: "Les Cèdres de Tauziès", in white, red and pink, "Les Bulles de Tauziès" and a top-of-the-range 2017 vintage in red was released in April 2019.
