This union of producers makes the harvest of its 75 members and markets a part of it in its shop where it will be possible to guide itself through the various designations: Bordeaux, Bordeaux superior, between-sea and coast of Bordeaux saint-macaire. Apart from bulk wine - from 1,15 € to 2,30 € per litre - you will be presented with the wines of the'La Girondaise'brand, which display beautiful original skins: one between 2005 and 3,20 € white seas, a coast of Bordeaux saint-macaire 2005 sweet to 4,60 €, a sublime Bordeaux superior 2001 selection to 4,40 € and its astonishing pearl of rosé - subtle assembly of the 3 Bordeaux grape varieties and a vintage of yesteryear, the malbec: at 3,40 €. In particular, you are recommended to Bordeaux higher than 2003 to 4,40 €, made by the new wine oenologist: its garde wine is simply bluffing. In 2015, Vignobles Moncets & Chambrun undertook a major transformation to ensure the long-term future of their operation. The vineyard and winery were radically modified, and Château de Chambrun was integrated. Today, the estate covers 33 hectares divided into 43 parcels. In addition to integrated vineyard management, a conversion to organic farming has been launched. The creation of a pond in the château's grounds, designed to enhance biodiversity and promote a clean ecosystem, is also an important initiative.

Created in the 1690s, this family estate is a Grand Cru Classé of 1855. The house, built in 1840 by the architect Duphot at the request of the Countess of Lalande, has been restored with great care. A walk in its park with groves and its rose garden immediately plunges us into the romantic period. To see: the vats, the cellars and the magnificent collection of old and contemporary glasses. Very interesting, the wines rhyme with elegance, complexity and charm.

Château Latour, created in 1680, is one of the oldest vineyards in the Médoc. Since then, the boundaries of the plantation have not changed, a rare occurrence for a wine estate. The same perenniality as for its prestigious notoriety acquired at the beginning of the 18th century thanks to the action of its owner, the Marquis de Ségur, confirmed in 1855 when it was classified as a first great growth. In the center of the 47 ha of the enclosure, the round and white tower, built in the 18th century, proudly watches over the estate, only a few dozen meters from the estuary.

Located at the top of the Graves plateau, in the heart of the Pomerol appellation, Château Petit-Village forms a sort of village, which is said to have given its name to the property. The current architecture presents a very sober and luminous whole combining tradition and modernity. The grape varieties are 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Each year, the production is about 3,500 cases of Château Petit-Village and 1,300 cases for Le Jardin de Petit-Village, composed mainly of Merlot.

A showcase for the Graves region, the vinothèque brings together almost 300 references of AOC Graves and Graves Supérieurs, AOC Pessac-Léognan and Crus Classés de Graves wines. You can discover the wines of around 120 winegrowers, sold direct from the estate. The Maison des vins de Graves lists numerous wine-related events throughout the year, so don't forget to plan your stay on the Wine Route, the only one to include classified growths of 3 colors...

The property benefits from excellent exposure and produces Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation wines. Their production has won several awards from wine guides, including the Guide des vins Hachette 2023, which singled out the Opus de l'Abbaye (chosen as the jury's favorite) and Marie Madeleine cuvées. The latter, for its 2016 vintage, won two medals in 2019: gold at the Concours des Grands Vins de France in Mâcon and silver at the Concours de Bordeaux et Vins d'Aquitaine. The château is open to visitors all year round.

After the third episode of drought in 7 years, it became clear that working the soil had to be approached differently! Since then, the family farm produces 6 appellations on a surface of 12 hectares in organic farming. Thus, all the wines of the Château have been certified "organic" since the 2013 vintage. Today in the hands of André, Nicole and their eldest son Guillaume, the vineyard offers excellent productions of Bordeaux Clairet, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers, which have been awarded many times in international competitions.

Château Haut-Piquat offers a magnificent view of the hills covered with vines and woods, and is home to the remarkable Picampeau mound, where an astonishing megalith stands. Acquired in 1972 by Jean-Pierre Rivière, the property has undergone extensive renovation. In 1997, a superb 460-barrel cellar was built, where the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels, a third of which are renewed each year. Château Haut-Piquat wines are distinguished by their deep color and delicate bouquet, combining finesse and roundness on the palate.

We read everything, heard about the exceptional qualities of Patrick Ducournau, the "gifted De", and his exploits throughout his young career. An improvement that one owes in part to the process of oxygenation wines that this eternal young man has invented and which is now school, used in all the world's largest vineyards. A gifted, certainly, a brain constantly boiling at least! At present, he continues to study the role of éclats in vats and it is still with one of his companies, Colsa Informatique, which is interested in the traceability of the vine to the bottle. And the man in the field continues to run the world…

For all wine lovers, the Cave de Crouseilles is the place to be in the heart of the Madiran and Pacherenc Vic-Bilh vineyards. The panoramic view over the vineyards is exceptional, and you'll find direct sales of an impressive range of wines. The château site is a lively place all year round, offering events that combine the discovery of vines and wine, the cellar with a winemaker, the fête des Vendanges... and culture with shows, theater, concerts and exhibitions. A wine trail, vineyard walks and an escape game in the Chai round out the attractions of this fabulous venue.

Château Labadie deserves to be called a family business with a long tradition. Once the buildings were restored and modern wineries were built, the Château Labadie brand was born in 1970. The 72-hectare vineyard, facing east-west, is 75% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. It produces 210,000 bottles each year. A winegrowing and cider-making estate that has managed to diversify by offering a bistrot paysan (country-style bistro) every Wednesday evening in July and August, with tasty local produce, organic Iduki from local producers, charcuterie and AOC Ossau Iraty cheeses... From apple tree to bottle, it's a long and precise job. As for the wines, let's mention Lurumea, "le petit de la terre" in red... You'll appreciate the products of their passion.

4 generations in the wine business. In 1974, Etienne and Adrien created the distillery, now run by their daughter Martine, while her brother Jean manages the 16-hectare vineyard, laid out on narrow terraces. Domaine Brana, certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) level 3, has been in organic conversion since 2020. An ecological vineyard offering a rich diversity. Spirits, aperitifs and gift boxes now complete the range.

Since 1996, discover and taste cider varieties made from emblematic apples. An ancestral tradition going back centuries. The planting of a variety of apples (Anisa, Xamula, Peatxa, Eztika...) allows you to appreciate the diversity and traditional know-how of these Basque cider producers. 5 orchards are under the AB label and others are in the process of conversion. You can discover Eztigar's production methods in the workshop, and taste their products at the bar: charcuterie platter, ice creams and, of course, ciders.

The creation of the Beau-Site Haut-Vignoble estate dates back to 1861. Located in the heart of the Médoc in Saint-Estèphe, its vineyards cover 19 hectares, divided into twenty or so parcels scattered throughout the commune, which makes the vineyard very representative of the appellation. It is a wine for laying down, needing two to five years, depending on the vintage, for the tannic structure to become harmonious and for the aromas to develop. Nice semi-buried cellar, typical of the 19th century.

This address is one of our favorites. Committed to Armagnac traditions for 8 generations, the Laudet-Bastié family distills and ages the precious Château Laballe Bas-Armagnac eau-de-vie every year. To discover: a dry white, made from a blend of colombard (60%) sauvignon (25%) and gros manseng (15%), a mineral wine with aromas of exotic fruits that goes perfectly with white meat or fish. Tasting and sales at the château, but also at the Capbreton boutique (4, rue des Resiniers).

The Lanessan vineyard has belonged to the Bouteiller family since the 18th century. Both a wine castle and a museum, Lanessan was built in 1878 and is surrounded by an English-style park, a Dutch greenhouse and a flower garden. Its Horse Museum has an extraordinary collection, including horse-drawn carriages that once belonged to the family's great-great-grandparents. The stables with blue marble feeder are remarkable. To enjoy this estate, several options are available, combining tasting, visit of the cellars, tasting and/or visit by horse-drawn carriage of the estate.

Although Château Siran is one of the few Médoc estates to have been in the same family for over 160 years, traces of its first production date back to the end of the ^17th century. Today, Edouard Miailhe is at the helm of this AOC Margaux estate, which prides itself on producing rare, refined wines. An 88-hectare ecosystem where vines, woods and meadows contribute to biodiversity and responsible farming practices. Tours end on the château's roof, with a 360° view over the vineyards, and a tasting of 3 wines from the 3 terroirs.

Owned by the Lamothe family since 1730, Château Haut-Bergeron, with its 168 awards, is one of the most decorated in the Sauternes appellation. Produced from a hundred or so small plots spread over the entire appellation area (26 hectares of old vines, some of which were grafted in 1903), the harvest is finishing its ageing process in oak barrels in three cellars, which, for example, did not see the 1993 vintage, deemed not worthy enough for bottling. Other older vintages are still available.

Fernand Montaut took over the family estate handed down from generation to generation since 1877. A little like a magical painting, the Pyrenees stand opposite this residence typical inhabitant of Béarn. Between vineyards and vault, it employs time to take care of its vineyard extract the best form of grape and local. Each year has its own personal touch and is sharp in terms of praise like this Cuvée Prestige white, attractive, harmonious and balanced, which combines power and nervousness with a change in warm mouth. During your visit to the estate, you can follow the cellar and discover the stages of these wines. The reception in this authentic house with a béarnaise sauce is always warm and friendly.

This is a family property of 25 acres including 10 planted in vineyard. Today it is the nephew Didier who invaded the estate on the side of the owner, Casimir Capdevielle. In a beautifully restored barn with a béarnaise sauce, you will find a large tasting room with a beautiful outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the vineyards, and a side room charmer with hints of the past. As the estate was organised for guided tours, seminars, tastings and the perfectly orchestrated meals... In the range of wines from the estate, discover, the dry jurançon, "Brise Océane" cool and refreshing, the soft "Breath of the South" fruity and bright, with the full and structured mouth, "Nobility of balanced Autumn" and personality, and slightly wooded "Rêve de Pyrénées".

Before becoming the property of Baron Raoul de Pichon-Longueville in 1864, the estate passed through the hands of various families. Stéphane de Luze is one of the descendants of the man who so marvellously knew how to enrich the traditional know-how of armagnac. The selection is for the Bas-Armagnac Blanche de Briat, 100% folle blanche, fully expressing the aromatic finesse of the grape variety as well as its perfect olfactory and gustatory balance. Very nice label.

Since July 2022, the opening of the Vinothèque des Vignerons du Jurançon has been a must for wine lovers, with the opportunity to taste and buy exceptional wines directly. Located just outside Pau, the vinothèque aims to bring producers and consumers closer together geographically, creating an authentic link between wine enthusiasts and Jurançon's artisan winemakers. The vinothèque offers a selection of 120 Jurançon wines. Each bottle reflects the local terroir, and expresses the know-how of the winemakers.

Objectif Malt, a cellar dedicated to independent beers with more than 500 references from around the world in the heart of old Bayonne. A beautiful panel of Basque and international beers that you can discover, taste and take away without hesitation, all with the advice of Franck, the "houblonneur" of the place! Every week, there are new arrivals from various craft breweries; French, Belgian, English, Spanish, etc. Boxes and glasses are also available, which are gift ideas to be consumed without complex, but always with moderation.

The history of the Pontac family is more than 400 years old, it is almost the same as the history of Bordeaux wines! When Jacques and Xavier de Pontac took over the estate in 1988 in order to exploit the original 22 ha, - Sauternes - Barsac appellation -, they first had to replant the 150 000 vines. The rebirth of a great growth was hailed by connoisseurs in 2001, by the Vin de France magazine which spoke of it as "one of the best wines of Bordeaux". Myrat is, to this day, known and recognized among the greatest. The epic is well worth a visit!

Château Pont Saint-Martin is a unique property in the Bordeaux region. This neo-Palladian château, with its evocative colors and symmetrical architecture, is arranged on either side of a double staircase. Its wooded park features centuries-old trees, ponds, fountains and columns. The vat room and barrel cellar extend into a tasting room with bar. Tours end here, with a tasting of 3 wines.

Producers of fine wines since 1794, Les Darriets have found the concept to seduce parents and children (from 4 years old) by proposing a free guided tour in the form of a treasure hunt with riddles to be solved as a family. Parents can rest assured that the tour ends with a tasting of the estate's wines. Château Dauphiné-Rondillon also welcomes you in April for a picnic in the countryside and the winegrowers' aperitifs on Friday evenings at the wine bar.

Created in 1949, the Quinsac winery was built on the vines of the former feudal Château de Pranzac. It is located in the heart of the Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, on the right bank of the Garonne. With its twenty or so employees, the Quinsac winery produces AOC Bordeaux Blanc, Crémant de Bordeaux, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux Moelleux, Bordeaux Clairet, Bordeaux Rosé, Côtes de Bordeaux rouge, Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur rouge. Wines are sold both in bottles and in bulk. You can round off your shopping with a selection of regional products.

Château Rose Brana, a name that is already evocative. .. brana for small clearing or place where it is good to live and rose for the rosebushes which border the vines. For 5 generations, it has belonged to the Ollier family. Today, Christian runs it with his daughter Coralie. They welcome you to discover the secrets of the cellar, their working methods combining ancestral know-how, tradition and modernity.
