Appreciate the expertise of a passionate family and the viticultural treasures of Montravel thanks to the Château's prestigious wines.

The Deffarge family proudly wears the colours of Montravel, a rather confidential appellation nestled on the borders of the Dordogne, very close to the Gironde border. Since 1749, the estate has been handed down from generation to generation. Proud of the work of their vines, they apply the principles of sustainable agriculture, without herbicides. On the 52 hectares there is an interesting range of bergerac, montravel (dry reds and whites) and haut-montravel (sweet). The grand cru of Château Moulin Caresse is a red wine that can be kept for 15 to 20 years.
