100% Périgord organic caviar and sturgeon production estate, open to guided tours (by reservation only).
Created in 2011 by Laurent Deverlanges, the Caviar de Neuvic company raises sturgeon and produces six tons of caviar per year, in the middle of the Périgord! Various eco-responsible approaches are implemented to preserve the environment: the caviar is certified organic. The estate also offers guided tours of the fish farm, ending with a product tasting (caviar, of course, but also sturgeon rillettes or caviar butter).

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm; Saturday, 9:30am to 5pm. Visits all year round, by reservation only. Delivery possible. Tours from €21/person, including a visit to the estate and product tasting. See other packages on the site.
Owner's Message
The Caviar de Neuvic company is located in the Périgord region of New Aquitaine. The 30 ha estate is located in the communes of Neuvic and Sourzac, along the Isle River. This river, a pioneer in sturgeon farming, is home to 3 other players in sturgeon farming and was the source of the first production of Aquitaine caviar in the 1980s.
In 2011: The initial project of Caviar de Neuvic was based on a single line: To produce in France a Caviar of Excellence respectful of the environment.
When Laurent Deverlanges, passionate about aquaculture, presented his program, he quickly seduced a group of associates who decided to support the project. They were mainly business leaders from the art of living, innovation and luxury industries. As the project and the investments progressed, they were joined by investment funds from the luxury sector and local banks. These partners make a major contribution to the success of the project.
