Nicolas Gonin is a winegrower and oenologist who produces quality wines on an estate created from scratch, with the vines of his family and 20 different owners! Nicolas Gonin works a 5.5 hectare estate with local grape varieties (altesse, mondeuse, persan and viognier) and others, without using chemical fertilisers, in a "natural" spirit. Rosé and sparkling rosé, pinot noir and gamay, red persan, a favourite with mondeuse, which goes wonderfully with meat, and white altesse, which goes well with local goat's cheese. A great discovery.
