The estate extends over nearly 150 hectares, of which fifteen are devoted to arboriculture. The olives harvested are destined for confectionery (AOP Nyons) but also, the smallest fruits for olive oil also certified AOP Nyons often medalled. Its light green fruity taste is ideal for raw. You can also taste the other products of the Aumage family: apricot nectar, jam and spread, cherry nectar and lavender honey. Lodging and catering on reservation.
