His bread is made from an ancient variety of wheat, the great spelt Oberkulmer, which is difficult to shape by hand. Fabienne and Edmond Tardieu welcome you to their farm where they raise sheep and goats in an environmentally friendly manner for organic, sustainable and viable agriculture. To raise awareness of food and environmental issues, the couple decided to open their farm to everyone and devised fun and educational activities.
