This brewery produces 100% organic artisan mountain beer. Located at an altitude of 900 m, the premises are made entirely of wood, integrated into the landscape and bathed in light. At the helm and at the counter are Martin and Valentin, both in their thirties. You'll find Slalom beer in shops and guinguettes, but discovering it at the source is not without its charms. On the menu: lagers, ambers, IPAs, 4-hop beers and ephemeral beers. New for 2025: alcohol-free Ginger Pom', with its subtle ginger flavour and low sugar content, lemon juice and apple juice.
