In 1912, he invented the famous chocolate square, to be served near a café. Chocolate to cook, or to taste, in bars or already prepared, to offer or to indulge oneself: chocolate cat tongues, cream sticks, palets, chocolate discs, nougastelles, nougamadines or orangettes.
