Il ne faut quitter Roanne avant d'avoir goûter une PARLULINE qui est une brioche avec de multiple praline tout ceci est moelleux et bon et surtout n'a pas du tout le gout des autres brioche aux pralines. Il en existe une autre avec des pépites aux chocolats qui est aussi délicieuse
