The Écrins have held the top spot since 1880, a local record in the field. Chef Alexandre Gratian represents the5th generation of a family of passionate pastry-chocolate-ice-cream makers based in downtown Grenoble. His inimitable know-how is complemented by the latest pastry and chocolate-making techniques, to ensure the success of his surprising creations. Excellent fine nut chocolates, palets d'or, feuillantine, crème de marron/rhum, orangettes, moka, brandied cherries and more. There's also a tea room where you can enjoy a snack from one of the excellent in-house pastries. Customized desserts, wedding cakes and ceremony cakes to order.
