Yannick loves a job well done, and makes tasty breads, delicious viennoiseries and all kinds of sweets. In fact, it's quite simple: Yannick works to order. Everyone here knows this, and they even call ahead to reserve their baguette! Depending on the vegetables available in his garden and his mood at the time, he can also whip up savoury delights, like his speciality, tarte-tatouille.
