Under the Nature & Progrès label, Caroline and Noël's farm has opted for organic and ecological agriculture, which respects the balance of nature. They produce numerous Hérens cow cheeses (the only farm in the area), but also goat cheese and Hérens cow and Gascon pig meat. In summer you can share a meal in the mountain pastures, based on their farm products, and watch the herds enjoying the green landscapes. In winter you can enjoy a fondue at the alpine chalet (reservation required).

Cadre magnifique, éleveurs passionnés, bons produits. Seul bémol, la quantité de fromages et de charcuterie n est pas a la hauteur d' un accueil montagnard. 1 petite meule pour 30 personnes. Et Vins servis dans les gobelets. Prix élevé par rapport a la prestation ! Pas un bon calcul selon moi , car nous aurions été prêts a acheter du fromage... Bien dommage !!

Lieu non visité, mais notre petite fille a eu l'excellente idée de nous ramener du fromage de cette ferme après sa classe de neige. Un vrai régal ! Je recommande la tome de vache fermière.
