Since the 20th century in Morzine, the Fruitière des Perrières has been transforming milk into cheese. Since 1992, a new cheese factory has been built on the site and the old maturing cellars have become a friendly restaurant. You can take advantage of this opportunity to fill up on reblochon, tomme des Gets, abondance, raclette... but also the creamy Bleu des Gets and the fruity Saveur des Gets (a kind of Savoy Gruyère) which have made its reputation and many other Savoyard specialties.

LA FERME DE CAROLINE

Under the Nature & Progrès label, Caroline and Noël's farm has opted for organic and ecological agriculture, which respects the balance of nature. They produce numerous Hérens cow cheeses (the only farm in the area), but also goat cheese and Hérens cow and Gascon pig meat. In summer you can share a meal in the mountain pastures, based on their farm products, and watch the herds enjoying the green landscapes. In winter you can enjoy a fondue at the alpine chalet (reservation required).
