This very friendly grocery store with its poetic name on the side of the main road offers products from around fifty local producers. The project was born of a group of market gardeners who, after meeting up at the markets, decided to embark on the adventure of a cooperative store. The associative structure has 200^m2 of premises and favors bulk distribution. Founded in 1917 by Louis Palomas, between Place Bellecour and the quays of the Saône, this company is the guardian of Lyon's chocolate-making tradition. Under the direction of master pastry chef and chocolatier Dominique Clerc, Palomas makes hand-crafted chocolates in its workshops from quality raw materials, from chocolate of course, to fruit from small local producers. The cheese dairy La chevrette de Blandine is located below at the entrance of the village of Montmiral. You will be kindly welcomed by the Gilibert family, owners of the 170 dairy goats on the farm. This family business transforms the milk from their herd into tommes (white, hard, ashy, with dried tomatoes...), faisselles, bûchettes (fresh, ashy, with herbs), apéri'chèvre....
