There are at least 500 wine and, some hundred beer and whisky references from the whole world.... The last one in is the very rare and difficultly found Japanese whisky. The passionate couple and hosts, Fabienne and Patrick together with their teams with which they share their pleasure, are warm, friendly and unfailing on their products. Led by Mr Leisen for over 20 years, this distillery is visiting the whole year by appointment. Following this passionate producer in his workshops, you will know the slow natural fermentation, the distillation in two successive passes, the interest of using copper stills, the subtleties of aging - 3 to 15 years before bottling. This house can be proud of the many award-winning quality production (Pinot Gris***, Pinot Noir, Auxerre** and a sparkling brut of all parties). Today it is also the domain Le Neckarsulm extended over 9 hectares, no less, beautifully situated on the left bank of the Moselle. All an art that since 2010 has obtained as all the producers of Moselle the sézame of the controlled appellation of origin, which makes the joy of the wine lovers of Moselle.

As for the restaurant, in an intimate decor (painting violet, tables with simple design), the chef is inspiring with the cuisine of Southwest with its attractive set menus and good homemade homemade dishes. Nestled in the heart of rue des Jardins, the address does not lack allure: beautiful front, neat shop window... where the bottles are displayed in the middle of wooden boxes, plants and vaporous fabrics. In the basement, a good cellar smell spreads, as if the bottles had been stored there for decades... No doubt, the master of the place has a flair for finding quality wines! He offers about fifteen references in champagne. Is it because the shop runs mainly thanks to professionals (restaurateurs, bar owners)? Nevertheless, when you present yourself as a simple buyer, the reception however lacks a little attention.

A former worker reconverted into winegrowing, Daniel Stapurewicz and his son Arnaud farm 1.5 hectares on the slopes of Ars, but also in Ancy and Dornot. A pioneer in this field, its entire production (a few thousand bottles each year) is organic. Included in the AOC of Moselle wines, you will find its bottles of auxerrois, pinot gris and pinot noir stamped Domaine la Joyeuse (named after a spring located near the estate) in some organic shops in the area, or directly at the winegrower's home. He will welcome you there with great kindness. Eau-de-vie and liqueur are also products that the establishment offers. The joy is yours!

Domaine Les Béliers is a vineyard located in Ancy-Dornot, on the Moselle wine-growing coast between Metz and Nancy. It offers two guest rooms in the heart of the Moselle vineyards. The guest rooms are open and offer a pleasant setting for visitors. However, the estate's cabins are currently closed for maintenance, but gift vouchers for the years 2021 and 2022 have had their validity extended by one year. The family of winegrowers who run the estate have lived on the slopes of the Moselle AOC since 1983, and do their utmost to care for this terroir. The estate also offers wine-tasting experiences and vineyard tours.

Jean-Aimé Rugiero's challenge is to combine the good, the beautiful and the good life together.this craft brewery uses an ancestral know-how to offer beers made from barley, sugar, honey and hops from the Champagne region and yeast and spices from the Naborian country.you can discover the Saint-Nabor which is available in blond, brown and white. Depending on the season, the Geuze, the fruity beer or the Christmas beer will please you.

The vineyard is passed on from generation to generation. The original Champagne winegrowers who produced the precious bubbled liquid settled in the region 25 years ago. They have made a name for themselves in the art of wine. Today it is the children who have taken over from their father, and it is Angélica who travels to make their creations known. They have been practicing organic farming since 2008 and are starting biodynamic farming because they are convinced of the quality of the wine that results from this practice. The environment is pleasant, far from monoculture! The mirabelle plum is also the fruit of this terroir. No less than 50,000 plums come out of their vats every year, making white wines from the Auxerrois grape variety, Pinot Noir and Champagne wines. Twice a year (in spring and early December), they open their estate to the public for tastings of regional crus and wines from the Languedoc where they own vines. Completely independent of any professional whisky professional, these moselwash amateurs usually meet in either member at a monthly rate. Needless to say, this is a popular address. You can sit down in the tearoom for a coffee/croissant before catching the train, or for an excellent pastry at teatime. This family-run farm produces a wide range of organic, 100% natural goat's milk cheeses, both soft and pressed. The range is extensive: goat's tomme, fromage frais, flavored cheese, bûche cendrée, pasteurized milk, yogurts... You can visit the farm to discover the operation and buy your cheese at source. The Niderviller goat farm has a herd of 120 goats. Stand at the Lutzelbourg market on Saturday mornings and at the Niderviller market every other Friday afternoon.

This family-run beekeeping operation has been in existence since 1882. Today, Mathieu Bertschy runs a thousand hives. A beekeeper specializing in wax processing, he shapes and exchanges embossed wax in standard or custom formats. Ideal for starting out in beekeeping, he supplies beekeeping materials and equipment for apiary work, bee feeding, honey extraction and packaging. Professional beekeepers can also buy from him.

A precious multi-service grocery store in this mountain village. Sophie Antoni Jouve has been running it since 2021, and it's now under new management. Between tradition and modernity, people come here to drink a coffee, buy a few groceries, nibble on a midday snack or borrow a book. Added to this are themed events, such as wine discovery evenings or pottery afternoons, concerts and shows for all, and even the seniors' meal. Children drop by for a few sweets, and generations meet in a convivial atmosphere.

A house of multi-faceted gastronomy. Chef Cyril Strub is a multi-talented man with a passion for the terroir and quality products. Returning to his native village after 30 years spent in other kitchens and other countries, he offers his charcuterie and exceptional terrines for sale, as well as a top-of-the-range catering service, BBQ and rotisserie services, in-home chef packages and even cooking classes.

Discover the fascinating world of beekeeping with Pierre Trithardt, an experienced beekeeper based in Vasperviller. On his small farm, Pierre Trithardt cares for his bees with love and dedication, producing honey of exceptional quality, with proven medicinal and nutritional virtues. He sells different types of honey directly from his farm or at markets. Let him know you're coming. Delivery possible within a 15 km radius (minimum 5 jars of 500 g per delivery).

In 2007, Mathieu took over the farm created in the 1970s by Désiré Walter and gave it his name to preserve its memory: GAEC Saint Désiré. Hervé joined him in 2008 to produce organic cow's milk, their core business. Shortly afterwards, they began rearing calves. The milk is fed to the farm's calves, and some of it is transformed into various dairy products for sale in the De Mes Terres store. The short circuit is the logical continuation of the commitment developed on the farm.

For several decades, duck foie gras has been the flagship product of the Monier farm. Nathalie and Nicolas Monier (second generation) also offer rillettes, pâtés, confits... The couple raise and process their own ducks: between 1,700 and 2,000 a year. The ducks are force-fed whole-grain corn using traditional methods. Nicolas feels each duck's crop to see if it can still be fed. Not as fast as automatic force-feeding, but more respectful of the animal. No preservatives are used, and preparations are seasoned with "Nature et Progrès" label Guérande salt.

This farm is dedicated to raising dairy ewes for cheese processing. The farm produces delicious whole-milk yoghurts, plain or flavored, and cheeses. At the helm are Audrey Langbour and Emmanuel Houpert. The grandson of a farmer, Emmanuel took over the farm from his grandparents. For Audrey and Emmanuel, the most important thing is animal welfare. Their ewes graze in healthy meadows, free of weedkillers and enriched with manure. They are even involved in eco-pasturing on some of the village residents' land. Some of the farm's products are on sale at De mes Terres in Sarrebourg and Magasin Vert in Hommarting.

At the beginning of 2024, Fanny founded this small business specializing in the use of local wild plants from the southern Moselle region, to concoct herbal teas, food powders, hydrolats, oily macerates and alcoholatures. All products are organic. A children's range, customized compositions, a pregnant or breast-feeding women's range and even a pet range are available. Choose the "Boost" herbal tea: rosehip, lanceolate plantain, ginger, stinging nettle...

Since setting up in 2018, this producer of strawberries and raspberries, apples and pears, but also mushrooms, this young market gardener has planted nearly 6,000 fruit trees, the most numerous being apple trees selected from several varieties. A producer with the Moselle Quality label.

Since January^1, 2020, Nicolas Pieron has taken over the small estate formerly named Jaspard (vines planted in the 1950s) renamed Domaine Enivrance. Its 2 hectares - auxerrois, pinot noir, pinot meunier grapes - now produce 9 cuvées (compared to 3 before). To expand his offer, Nicolas has redefined the parcels, taking into account the identity of each. Thus he presents a complete range of reds, grays, whites, more or less fruity, adapting to all menus and all occasions. Tasting possible by appointment.

It deserves a cheese of course! In Courcelles-Chaussy, this cheese dairy has already seduced some beautiful gastronomic addresses in our area. The variety of the selection is dizzying, with some exceptional products and unique creations made in duo with Paul Fabuel. This artisan has been awarded the "Moselle Qualité" label. Luc Klein offers crisp, fragrant baguettes, speciality breads and traditional baked goods. We invite you to meet Léa, breeder and cheese maker by passion. You will learn that the flavors of the Pays de Bitche are as numerous as its diverse landscapes. La Fromagerie des prés is certified organic, and works with raw milk with mastery. Tommes made from raw milk, creamy yoghurts, fresh cheeses with herbs, spices, pepper, and soft cheeses are all produced locally at the Kapellenhof farm in Hottviller. We thank the beautiful cows well pampered by Léa who then transforms their good milk into melting and delicious products!

Carole is a brave woman! She set up with her three donkeys as an organic market gardener in Haut Clocher. Since then, in the open fields and greenhouses, she's been growing flavorsome vegetables for all four seasons, some common, others original, from other lands or ancient times. There are also edible herbs and flowers. And all the processed products stamped with the Champ du Ver Luisant label: crazy salt, Christmas jam, wild garlic or basil pesto, ginger apple juice, fruit jellies. Carole's vegetables can also be found at chefs' tables.

Located in the center of the village, a stone's throw from the town hall, this bakery occupies communal premises and was entered by its customers for the TV show La Meilleure Boulangerie de France, broadcast on M6. After the selections, filming took place in September in Kévin Roussel's bakery. One of Kévin Roussel's specialties: Lorraine chicken pâté.

A large, beautiful farm on an organic farm. On-farm sales of yoghurts and cheeses, raw or pasteurized milk, as well as veal (in season). Animals are fed on pasture, hay and cereals grown on the farm, as is the bedding.
