No doubt the bakery offers one of the best breads in the city… The baguette, called the Obvious, with natural levain and recognized as a red label, is just perfect, crispy and generous, with a clumsy mivel and often served just at the exit of the oven… Victim of his success this bakery is often running out of sticks. Luckily, cooking takes place all day, but it doesn't always keep pace! We recognize this as a good piece of work by Philippe Gaye, a talented successor to his master, Jean-Claude Hammerer.
