The Intercommunity ice rink of Epinal, whose structure was completely renovated in 2011, keeps all its promises. Numerous theme evenings are organized throughout the year to satisfy everyone's tastes. The rink can accommodate 2,500 people in the stands with the new stand. Close to the Côtes de Meuse, this golf course enjoys an idyllic setting. Between lake and forest, 30 hectares with 5,000 m² of greens await you. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced golfer, a solo player, a couple or a group, you can play on one of the two approved courses: the 9-hole Lac course, with its flat, varied terrain, is suitable for players of all levels, while the Héron course requires precision and mastery of the short game. On foot or by bike, the 23 km signposted route (accessible to all levels) follows the course of the River Orne as closely as possible. A bucolic landscape and judicious layout allow you to discover this former iron and steel valley. Some footbridges have been renovated and others created to take you from one bank to the other. Take advantage of the beauty of the surroundings for a picnic stop or a moment of contemplation. For soccer fans, you'll pass by the Joeuf stadium where Platini scored his first goals. The Hautes-Vosges Greenway is a real treasure nestled in the heart of nature. Stretching over 53 kilometers of former railroad tracks in the Moselle-Moselotte valleys, this multi-purpose trail offers a shared space for walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers and even cross-country skiers on wheels. The starting point is the Remiremont lake, from where two trails unfold: one towards Cornimont and the other towards Bussang.

In addition to riding lessons and courses, the Jumenterie is an equestrian centre which offers magnificent one to seven day rides in the heart of the Hautes-Vosges. They take place in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park for a minimum of three people. You will ride through the Vosges mountains towards the Grand Ventron, the Cresson, the route des Crêtes and the Alsatian vineyards. Horse lovers, this is a place not to be missed! Pony rides are available. The passionate ones can make an intensive training course of preparation to the FFE examinations.

Opened since October 2018, the largest indoor climbing gym in Lorraine offers 1,150 m² of climbing surface, 350 m² of boulders with walls up to 13 m high! Rope wall, training area, acrobatic course and other areas are accessible to all from 3 to 99 years. Little climbers, beginners and initiated will find their happiness with new itineraries renewed every month. This large climbing hall is the only one in France to be equipped for physically and mentally handicapped people of all ages.

Right bank, departure from Thionville.Follow the canal as far as Yutz, then follow the river around its loop. From Basse-Ham, you reach Koenigsmacker.

Left bank, departure from Manom. But you can also reach the banks at Thionville, below the town hall. This paved road links Manom to Remich in Luxembourg for just over 50 km.

Jean-Marie's workshop is located in the Maison du Pays Messin in the Guard Pavilion of the Château de Courcelles. It is a place of information, awareness and animation around sustainable development open to all. Various themes are addressed: the fight against climate change, protection of biodiversity, energy saving, mobility, waste sorting, etc. Depending on the workshop, your child or you, depending on the theme, will learn in a playful way an aspect of sustainable development. Whether it's a workshop on anti-waste tips and recipes, decorating with natural objects, making a glass forest or a land art walk... A great initiative!

The longest indoor ski slope in France, Snowworld has everything you need to experience the pleasures of winter sports, whatever the season! A 100 m long beginners' slope and a 620 m long slope, all on 35 m wide. Come and ski, snowboard, sled and even float on the snowy slopes. New evening passes even allow you to ski after work at a special rate. If needed, all the necessary equipment is available for rent. Food and beverages are available on site.

Considered the green lung of downtown Metz with its 5.4 hectares, the Plan d'eau appears as the main summer gathering place.
