A unique concentration of spices and herbs, olive appetizers or small jars of tapenade of all colours, peppers, "poivronnade", aubergine or artichoke caviar, dried tomatoes... A real paradise to give flavour to your aperitif - and to your dishes as well of course. Turmeric, sumac, black garlic, nigella, cinnamon, hibiscus... A wide variety of flavours from around the world! Not forgetting desserts, with for example rare vanilla from Huahiné, a beautiful island in French Polynesia. All served with great smiles and always wise advice. A reference!
