Since 1998, Hervé Jourdan has been offering a whole range of pure cocoa butter fine chocolates, with multiple and varied flavours, alcoholic or not. Our master craftsman is part of this old generation of the sweet, passionate and dynamic. Self-taught, he joined the world of chocolate making more than 20 years ago.
