Céline Loberger and her father Jean-Jacques manage this 8 ha biodynamic estate. Benefiting from an ideal sunshine, the vines are spread over the Grands Crus Kitterle, Saering and Spiegel at an altitude varying from 250 to 480 meters. Some parcels are planted on slopes of up to 60%! Embodying a seductive facet of Alsatian viticulture in the feminine, Céline elaborates wines in her image, authentic and full of pep! We love her Pinot Gris Grand Cru Saering Cuvée Florian with its sweet aromas of apricot peach.

The Klur family's Ecolieu is an unusual and friendly place. There is a coworking area, ecological lodgings, a micro-farm, a temporary bistro (open from May to September) and a tasting cellar where you can enjoy a very friendly atmosphere! Converted to organic cultivation in 1999, the Klur Vineyard itself currently covers 1.5 ha on the Wineck-Schlossberg Grand Cru and the Hinterburg area: Francine and Clément Klur have leased the 6 ha that completed their estate in Katzenthal. A decision taken with a view to starting a "joyful decline" to better concentrate on the development of an ultra-tight range of wines since the 2017 vintage now has only 5 references, 100% natural. The names of the wines reflect their respective characters: Il y a de l'Or dans l'Air (orange maceration wine), Appel d'Air (high altitude Riesling), Un Air de Famille (pinot noir from Hinterburg), Ô Grand Air (Riesling Grand Cru Wineck-Schlossberg) and Pet en l'Air (natural sparkling wine made from Riesling and Muscat). Goodness knows no lie: Élisa, the daughter of Clément and Francine Klur, now runs the family's micro domain (the smallest biodynamic vineyard in Alsace!) and she makes a new range of free wines. We predict a bright future for this charming winegrower-jeweller!

For nearly 80 years, this fine Alsatian distillery has been perpetuating the tradition and know-how of quality brandy, faithfully reflecting its evocative slogan: "Fruit has a soul". The nectars distilled at Théo Preiss are of exceptional quality. Surprise your guests with a celery brandy, an unusual exclusive that goes perfectly with smoked salmon dishes or a Norwegian plate. Just as recommendable: the Alsatian whisky Preiss, which has nothing to envy the Scottish blended!

The vineyard of this estate is located on the Schieferberg, a very old terroir composed of Villé schists. In addition to varietal wines, terroir wines, Grands Crus and Crémants d'Alsace, Bernard Bohn and his son Arthur produce astonishing natural wines, such as the Riesling cuvée La Chapelle Oberhagel. These two passionate winemakers welcome you in their elegant tasting cellar. The Domaine Bohn also has a charming guest house with a terrace. It accommodates 2 to 6 nature and starry sky lovers in complete comfort!

This 33 hectare estate has been certified organic for 11 years and has been run by the Lorentz family for over a century. The Gustave Lorentz house produces wines that are renowned and appreciated throughout the world. You can discover them in a spacious tasting room. Like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Kanzlerberg 2020, a favorite of the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023: a superb wine for ageing that reveals sweet aromas of brioche and yellow-fleshed fruit. The house also offers the Évidence collection, a 100% vegan range that holds the V label. Great discoveries!

The restaurant is located in the heart of the craft brewery and the establishment is entirely dedicated to the small and large foam! The beer barrels stored, the predominance of copper and wood in the decor and the craft brewery at the entrance plunge you into this very special world. Take a seat at the bar or on one of the two terraces, to enjoy a matured meat or the pork cheek casserole. At the back, a beer garden allows you to sip a craft beer accompanied by a flamed pie cooked on a wood fire.

The Rhine brewery claims to be Elsasser bier, an Alsatian beer. 100% pure malt, it is made with local products (from the Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin) and brewed on the one hand in Thierenbach (monthly production of 900 litres) and now next to Mulhouse (monthly production of 5,000 litres). You can therefore taste the production as soon as it has matured with the two draught beers offered for tasting. The schedules are not fixed, it is not uncommon to find the door open earlier in the week and during the day. It seems that drinking beer increases life expectancy by ten years (with a certain moderation), so it would be wrong to deprive yourself!

In the heart of the picturesque village of Uberach, this distillery has been producing award-winning eaux-de-vie for three generations. It distills some thirty varieties of eau-de-vie, including wild sloe, gentian and Alsace bilberry. HEPP also offers delicious liqueurs and creams. A big crush for the pure malt whiskies produced by Tharcis Hepp. Tastings with extensive commentary in a convivial cellar. At Christmas, it's time for mulled wine!

The Cave du Roi Dagobert takes its name from its location on the territory of an ancient Merovingian palace. Throughout the year, it offers various wine tourism activities (film screenings, cellar visits and commented tastings, rides through the vineyard in a trailer pulled by a tractor, "food-truck" weekends, etc.). The Cave du Roi Dagobert brings together 250 winegrowers from almost 1,000 hectares of Strasbourg vineyards. The terroirs and grape varieties are very varied, and the store is a veritable Ali Baba's cave for all lovers of good wines.

Domaine Pierre Adam enjoys a reputation that extends far beyond the borders of Alsace. It has a superb vineyard covering 16 hectares, notably on the terroirs of the Kaefferkopf and Schlossberg Grands Crus as well as the Katzenstegel area. Very active in wine tourism, Domaine Pierre Adam offers, upon reservation, electric vehicle rides in the vineyard (from April 1st to October 15th), discovery tastings and wine courses with introduction to wine tasting all year round. On the accommodation side, it has three comfortable guest rooms for 2 people (one of which is accessible for PRM) and a family suite (4 people). During your visit to the Domaine Pierre Adam, you will no doubt be pleased to discover the three current jewels of its cellar: the Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg 2017 (mineral, beautiful notes of mango and pineapple), the Pinot Gris Katzenstegel Cuvée Théo 2017 (2 stars Guide Hachette des Vins 2020) and the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kaefferkopf 2017 (Gold Medal at the 2019 World Gewurztraminer Competition).

Founded in 1895, it is France's leading winegrowing cooperative, and one of Alsace's finest! It groups together 40 winegrowers: 8 lieux-dits, 8 Grands Crus and 235 ha certified HVE3. The Cave de Ribeauvillé offers 80 wines, including the Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé 2018 (93/100 Wine Enthusiast). Tasting cellar, exhibition room, barrel room (over a hundred years old!), vineyard museum, oenotheque - everything here is designed to ensure a complete and enriching visit. Children will enjoy the indoor play area.

In a building as sumptuous as it is incredible, truly worthy of a retro movie set, the Thomann family passionately manages this 9-hectare estate, with 80% of its vines spread over the Letzenberg hillsides. Head over there to taste divine nectars like the 2019 Pinot Gris Victoria that scored 91/100 in the Revue du Vin de France in 2021 or the 2018 Clos du Letzenberg Riesling with 92/100. The Thomann family offers a bottle of wine to guests who are lucky enough to rent their superb gîte (2-3 pers.) adjacent to the Domaine du Manoir!

Nicknamed the Kirsch Valley, the Val de Villé is a high place of distillation. Héritière, the Héritière of this ancestral know-how, is home to the premises of the Legoll Company, a distillery seeking to perpetuate tradition, producing quality spirits thanks to the care of the fruits used. In a picturesque décor made of huge copper vats and stills, there are classic productions as well as special vintages, aged years in des casks or flasks. Among these, a council, taste the one that contributes to the best reputation of the house: wild raspberry: a pure treat! But also late grape grapes, quetsches, kirschs… The house also offers some 80 jams - and jellies - cooked to old in copper tanks, without any colours or preservatives.

Managed by Julien Beck, who succeeds his father, and his wife, this family business cultivates 10 hectares of vines. Always respectful of biodiversity and with controlled yields to accentuate the expression of terroirs, the domaine will offer its first vintage under the organic appellation in 2022. The domaine has been awarded several medals and celebrated in wine guides and magazines. This year, the labels are more modern.

Pierre and Gilles Karcher manage this 10-hectare estate in the heart of Colmar, in an old ^17th century farmhouse. Certified organic since 2021, Karcher wines are produced with passion and each vintage is a renewal for the Colmar estate. Thanks to their AOC vines in the heart of the Harth region, their wines are unique and original. In the friendly cellar, fall for the 2018 Harth Riesling, with its citrusy nose and tangy palate, 1 star in the Guide Hachette 2021.

Born in Belgium not far from the famous Orval Abbey, Joël Halbardier could say that he fell into the beer pot when he was very young! Passionate about sparkling drinks, Joël set up a micro-brewery on the Alsatian banks of the Rhine, named after the patron saint of Vogelgrun. It produces 6 ranges of lager, brown or amber beers. We love the well-named Meid'la, an unfiltered, top-fermented lager brewed with Alsatian hops!

An experienced beer lover and dynamic entrepreneur, Bérangère Thomen is the creator of this young brewery, which offers craft beers that are, in her image, full of character: Blonde des Chaumes, Ambrée du Chamois, Blanche des Pâturages and other ephemeral brews. To be tasted on the spot and/or to be bought after a commented visit of the place. You can also find the beers of the Brasserie du Marcaire at the grocery store Au Brin de Paille in Colmar. There is no doubt that this small and unique brewery will be talked about for a long time to come!

The Ruff family has been cultivating vines since 1886 through four generations. Located at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, their 15 ha estate (in the process of obtaining High Environmental Value certification) is spread over 4 very distinct terroirs, including La Grange. Situated on the Heiligenstein bank, the Weinberg is mainly planted with Riesling and Pinot Gris, while the Schwendehiesel is entirely dedicated to Klevener (or pink Savagin). As for the Fronholz of Epfig, it is mainly planted with Riesling. A great specialist in Klevener (it is in Heiligenstein that this 8th grape variety of Alsace was planted and recognized in 1742), the Ruff estate produces many other wines that are regularly praised by specialists. This is the case for the Crémant d'Alsace Cuvée Prestige (Gold Medal of the Crémants of France), the Riesling Fronholz 2018 (Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Colmar) and the Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives 2016 (Gold Medal at the Concours des Gewurztraminers du Monde). Other beautiful cuvées of the moment recommended: the pinot gris Cuvée Barbara 2019 and the Klevener de Heiligenstein Schwendegiesel Vieilles Vignes 2019 (Gold Medal at the Concours des Vins de Colmar).

Since 1948, this estate is the pride of the Krick family. With a surface area of 14 ha, it extends partly on the Grand Cru du Hengst in Wintzenheim as well as on the communes of Ingersheim, Colmar, Turckheim and Wihr-au-Val. This great variety of soils allows the Hubert Krick estate to produce the whole range of Alsace wines (sylvaner, pinot blanc, riesling, muscat, pinot gris, gewurztraminer and pinot noir), as well as late harvest wines, Sélections de Grains Nobles and Crémants (brut, rosé, blanc de noirs) of excellent quality.

Family estate of 6 ha in Sigolsheim which produces the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. It exploits prestigious terroirs among the Grands Crus: the Mambourg, favourable to the cultivation of gewurztraminer and pinot gris or the Schoenenbourg, ideal for riesling. It is certified HVE (High Environmental Value). Epicureans can taste the wines at the cellar in a discovery formula after visiting the vineyard garden. A winegrower's interlude (cheese and wine pairing) to be tried without hesitation.

Since 1835, the superb cellar of the Bott domain shelters oak barrels. The exploitation certified AB practises the enherbement and the manual grape harvests. 4 Grand Crus feed this qualitative work: the Kirchberg of Ribeauvillé, the Geisberg, the Osterberg and the Gloeckelberg. The Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg, the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Gloeckelberg, the Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives and the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé are among the most successful wines of the house. Visits of the cellars from March to December at 2:30 pm every day.

The estate is located in an old mill, named Thomanns Muehle. Today, it cultivates 35 hectares of vines, part of which are located on the Grand Cru Steinklotz terroir, which is clay-limestone and south-facing, and warms up very quickly in spring. We practice here the reasoned viticulture, the wine making is done in stainless steel tanks, but some vintages are raised in the famous wooden tuns of the Cellar of the Civil Hospices of Strasbourg. All the Alsatian grape varieties are vinified here, as well as crémants whose reputation is well established.

Lovers of divine nectars, a visit to this estate is a must! Its name is a nod to the lunar calendar which is a reference in biodynamic viticulture. The wines are matured in barrels for 12 months before being offered for tasting. Sparkling wines, local wines, grands crus and spirits will seduce you with their authenticity as well as their racy elegance and poetic names: Crémant Éclipse (brut nature zero dosage), Gewurztraminer Mer du Nectar (Vendanges Tardives), Pinot Gris Lune de Miel (Sélection de Grains Nobles).

Founded in 1962 by Gilbert Miclo, this family distillery is now run by the^3rd generation. This team of distillers and fruit liqueurists also presents a range of IGN whisky, a range of gins as well as vodkas and festive aperitifs. It is an essential place for Alsatian culture and gastronomy, especially in the Welche region. Guided tours of the installations (stills, cellars, ageing vats) and the didactic garden. The Dock family has been established in Heiligenstein since 1730, but it was after the war that Robert Dock started viticulture. The estate has 8.5 hectares and the Klevener represents 35% of the production. The wines are mainly aged in oak barrels. Patrick and Cathy Dock will be happy to show you their original vintages during a visit to their cellar. For example a Sylvaner Weinberg Saveurs d'Automne light and fruity, ideal with seafood. Also at your disposal: a gîte fitted out to welcome 4 people in all comfort.

Blonde, brown, white, amber or even Christmas and March beers, here are beers to damn all the saints: unfiltered, unpasteurized, from a refermentation in bottle. Located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, this microbrewery can be visited upon reservation, with a well commented tasting as a bonus. In the summer, when you want to have a little home brew, sit on the terrace! And don't forget to bring back the beers of your choice: sales are made directly on site.

The Domaine du Bollenberg is a wonderful place: 25 hectares of vineyards composed of all the Alsatian grape varieties. The place being a protected site, the Meyer family applies the rules of organic farming on the estate. Here the passion is family, the generations have preserved the authenticity and quality of their local products. The domain offers a visit of the cellar but also meals at the Auberge du Vieux Pressoir. An ice wine as well as numerous jams and original home-made products are offered to wine tourists.

This cooperative winery does not lack audacity! The ICE range, sparkling wines based on muscatel to be drunk in summer on ice, the Hopla range which leaves aside the grape varieties to focus on an original experience and tasting or the Moon Hunters range, highlighting the Alsatian grape varieties whose name is inspired by the men who built the cellar in the 1940s. Bestheim also offers crazy wine tourism experiences such as the moon hunters' treasure hunt or a 360° immersion (virtual reality) with the family.

Jean only distributes wines from winemakers whose spirit and work he knows, men and women who love their craft and their terroir. Alsace Vintage is a specialist in online sales and offers, as its name suggests, only Alsatian wines. Created by enthusiasts mostly from the world of wine, this site has been operating since November 2012 and offers several hundred references from more than thirty producers: André Ostertag, Zind-Humbrecht, Rolly-Gassmann, Weinbach, Trimbach, Allimant-Laugner, Bott Frères and many others equally recommendable. Traditional, organic or biodynamic Alsatian wines, there is something for every taste and every budget!

It is a real family saga that animates the Paul Buecher estate, established for 3 centuries in Wettolsheim. Here, we take care to produce high expression grape varieties while preserving nature, traditions and the love of wine. The vineyard covers 30 hectares spread over various terroirs. On the vineyard side, we use gentle techniques. The vintages are varied and of high quality, mixing great vintages with exceptional wines, from traditional grape varieties to Personal Reserves and Crémant d'Alsace. Check it out during your visit!

Corinne and Philippe Kirmann cultivate 11 hectares of vineyards on which all the Alsatian grape varieties are planted. They harvest the grapes manually and their wines are now all organic. The secret of a good wine according to them? An unfailing knowledge of the terroir which allows them to offer a greater complexity to their wines. Their exceptional wines bear the name of Baron Kirmann: this grandfather of the family (born in 1768 in a family of winegrowers from Bischoffsheim) accomplished various feats that earned him the title of Baron d'Empire.

Heir to a centuries-old know-how, the Hagmeyer family of arboriculturists and distillers proudly welcomes you to its artisanal distillery. Willy distills mainly the fruits of his own harvest. Christophe takes care of the maintenance of the orchards and the vines until the harvest, with the help of André. Michèle and Elsa welcome you at the store. The visit of the distillery is really worth it! We appreciate all the more the tasting that follows it.

Maurice Heckmann has been at the helm of the estate since 1988, and is committed to quality and a job well done. The 10-hectare vineyard covers Dahlenheim and Avolsheim, and includes all seven Alsatian grape varieties. The family's rigorous approach to cultivation and vinification respects both tradition and the environment, producing wines that are both acidic and full-flavored: spicy, full-bodied, well-balanced... They've got it all! AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace grands crus, AOC Crémant d'Alsace, Sélection grains nobles, Vendanges tardives and others are available.

In this village where the wine activity is already attested at the time of the pope Léon IX, the Mochel family exercises its talents since 1669. Their estate will be certified Ecocert in 2021. Here, we welcome you with the calm assurance that comes from a perfectly mastered profession, in the renovated cellar of a beautiful Alsatian house. Mochel's signature is uprightness and respect for the fruit. The meticulous work of each vinification leads to get the best of the harvest and the vintage. Out of the 10 ha of the estate, 5 are in Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergbieten.

At Arthur Metz, crémant is king: the house devotes more than 50% of its activity to it. Yes, there are several varieties of this sparkling wine that goes so well with desserts... Made from chardonnay, riesling, pinot noir vinified into rosé or white, their quality is recognized. That said, Arthur Metz also sees its so-called still wines regularly win awards and medals at prestigious competitions. The tasting, in the sales area, allows you to choose the wines that suit you best.

The Cleebourg winery offers a wide range of quality wines: pinot gris, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, riesling, auxerrois... These local wines, vinified on site and produced from vines spread over 189 hectares, are perfect for any occasion. In addition, the estate offers a vineyard and wine discovery tour, including a visit to the winery and a presentation of the vinification of Alsace wines and crémants.

The first traces of this family of winegrowers date back to 1680. Since then, generations have succeeded one another, Philippe Brun and Antoine, his son, are determined to perpetuate the tradition. Philippe took over the reins in 2000 with his wife Alexandra. Together, they continue to run the 10-hectare estate and produce traditional cuvées and a special vintage, produced each year according to the vintage and inspiration. Tastings are held on site, with a visit to the estate as a bonus. Wedding aperitifs are organised.

Founded in 1958 by Fridolin Meyer and handed down to his son Jean-Claude in 1979, this Alsatian distillery is currently the most awarded in France, with a record of some 200 medals and two awards of excellence! The jewel in the crown of the Vallée de Villé, Meyer's is now run by Jean-Claude's sons, Lionel and Arnaud. The latter pay tribute to their late father with a Single Malt 12-year-old whisky produced in an edition of 53, in reference to its 53 proof! Don't hesitate to visit the highly instructive museum, where you'll discover a multitude of things!

Here, it's above all a family affair, first between father and son, then between cousins. Since 1626, 13 generations have perpetuated this estate with passion. Pierre Trimbach, president of the Grandes Maisons d'Alsace, is ranked among the world's top 10 white winemakers. His reputation is based on the unquestionable quality of his aromatic, dry wines for laying down. The house offers 5 ranges: Classiques, Réserve, Réserve Personnelle, Rieslings & Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives. A tasting is a must!

Since its creation in 1955, the cooperative cellar of Turckheim has become one of the best references by producing wines faithful to their origins and with their own identity. It gathers about 216 wine growers who exploit 400 hectares of vineyards. Do not hesitate to consult the website of the cellar, it is very well designed. It lists the wines in various categories: Tradition, Reserve, Terroirs, Specialities, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, Crémants d'Alsace, Bio... Moreover, the reception at the tasting and sales area is impeccable!

This very famous family estate is run according to the virtuous precepts of organic and biodynamic viticulture. It produces wines that are appreciated all over the world, as far away as Thailand, that's all. The prices charged are certainly much higher than the average in the region, but what a wonder when you come to taste them... by appointment only! You can be seduced without sulking your pleasure by the Muscat Roche Moulée with its beautifully voluptuous fruitiness, the lively and salty Zind or the Pinot Noir Heimbourg, a wine that can be kept deep and velvety.

This domain spreads over 12 hectares of which more than 7 hectares are on the famous Grand Cru Brand terroir. Its vineyard is composed for a good part of old vines of more than 40 years, and even 70 years for some! Conducted 100% biodynamically since 2016, Domaine Armand Hurst produces healthy and unadorned, yet powerful and racy wines. In particular the Pinot Noir Coeur de Dragon which seduces with its fleshy expression and silky mouth. More atypical, the SY'RO (a wine made from a sylvaner maceration) is a perfect accompaniment to a good baeckeoffe!

Welcome to a family of passionate winegrowers who manage their vineyard in organic and biodynamic methods, with the double certification Ecocert and Biodyvin. The Barthelmé family manages with love and harmony their domain which is among the most successful of the Alsatian vineyard. These good practices allow the Domaine Albert Mann to produce surprisingly balanced wines. Examples include the 2019 Gewurztraminer (Trophée du Meilleur Vin Moelleux/Doux Elle à Table 2021) and the 2018 Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires rated 96/100 by the Revue des Vins de France.

It is a duo of sisters that we meet at the Josmeyer estate: Céline and Isabelle, the^5th generation of the estate, who manage 90 plots of land in the plain and on the slopes of the Grands Crus Hengst and Brand. Here, they are keen to give the soul of the terroir to each wine and to add passion and even poetry (which can be found on the walls of their cellar and on their unique and original labels) to make each cuvée unique, matured in century-old oak tuns. A favorite is the Riesling le Dragon 2020, 16/20 in the Guide des meilleurs vins de France.

Céline Metz and her partner Jean-Michel manage their 10-hectare estate with a passion for sharing! Some of these exceptional wines are matured in traditional foudres, lined up in the venerable Cave de la Dîme dating from 1728. It's a timeless place where you can taste a Riesling Réserve de la Dîme 2019 (rated 91/100 by James Suckling), a Crémant Brut (15/20 - Vinum) or the Muscat Concerto pour Valentin 2015, a "Fabuleuse Gourmandise"! Since 2021, the estate has been certified organic.

Michel Goettelmann has been running this 9-hectare family estate between Châtenois and Scherwiller for over 30 years now. It's with a smile and a passion that he tells visitors about the history of the estate, and details the production and history of his wines in the family cellar. On the tasting side, his wines are harmonious and well-balanced, like the dry, fruity Riesling, the floral Pinot Gris cuvée Hélène or the aromatic, well-rounded Gewurztraminer lieu dit Hahnenberg. Great discoveries!

No one can miss the beautiful blue Alsatian house Koehly! Half-timberings, geraniums and a huge courtyard that leads to the cellar. Here, wine is produced with passion from father to son! Joseph and his parents manage the 24 ha estate with respect for the grapes and the vines (HVE level 3 certification). In their cellar mixing wooden tuns and modern barrels, one can taste, for example, a sumptuous Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Gloeckelberg, with exotic aromas and a light body.
