This micro-brewery has set up shop in a hangar to distill its home-brewed beers with know-how and passion. Don't hesitate to ask the boss for advice to make your choice, whether to take away or to taste on the spot. The Brewery welcomes you in a vast room on two floors to savor their beers, to be accompanied by a hot dog if you have a small hunger! Theme nights are regularly organized in this lively place.

Managed by the new generation of the family, this 50 ha estate produces wines expressing the richness of a mosaic of terroirs. To taste: a late harvest gewurztraminer with notes of violet and exotic aromas or the Pinot noir aged in barrels. the estate also offers self-guided wine tours as well as rides in a gyro-pod or a small train in the village, followed by a night in one of the 4 guest rooms of the estate. A small store offers you the opportunity to leave with the wines of the domain and small regional gifts.

The former home of the Grandfontaine ironmaster is now home to the Framont craft brewery. Here, French malts and Alsatian hops meet boiling mine spring water to produce a nectar which, once cooled and fermented, is called beer. Here you'll find delicious, full-flavored productions that are a welcome change from those of more famous breweries. While you'll find the classics in every color, you'll love the original creations in a wide range of flavors.

Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the ^11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

A finalist in the Concours des meilleurs cavistes de France 2022, Maxime Paon's charming boutique in the heart of Munster's old town is well worth the trip from Colmar! He'll be happy to advise you on all your wine, beer and whisky needs. Maxime offers over 300 references in spirits and 400 in wines, including many organic and biodynamic vintages. He also organizes themed tasting evenings: blind tastings, rum evenings...

Les Frères Engel have been independent wine producers since 1958, and proud of it! Certified organic in 2014, the estate extends over some twenty hectares at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg, partly on the Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Since 2020, the new Engel generation has been crafting magnificent wines in keeping with Alsatian traditions, with a zest of originality, such as "Terre de Gneiss 2022", a bold blend of riesling, gewurztraminer and pinot gris from Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Impeccable as an aperitif, it's a marvel of freshness and lightness!

The Freudenreich family have been winegrowers since 1730! The estate covers 8.5 hectares. Some parcels are located in the Bergweingarten area (renowned for its clay-limestone soils), and Côte de Rouffach. The vines are ploughed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. In the cellar, Christophe gives full expression to the identity of the terroir specific to each of the wines he crafts with inexhaustible passion. These are fine, elegant, well-balanced wines, always very fresh.

Once you've tasted a G'Sundgo, you'll never drink beer the same way again. There are the classics, like Bonde and Co, a Belgian-style beer with coriander grains, Ambrée d'André, Elsass Porter, an English-style beer, and Elsass IPA. And specials, depending on the season. Ginger in February, cherry in May, elderberry and, of course, the festive Christmas cuvée. The small company, whose beers are classified as AB organic, favors short distribution circuits, and distributes to around twenty outlets in the region.

Opened in 2010 by the passionate Eric Wissler, the Brasserie de Saint-Louis has a store on the production site. 30,000 hectoliters are brewed each year to satisfy an ever more demanding clientele. Defender of the short circuit, Eric uses Alsatian suppliers for his corks, his labels and of course his hops! His dream? To see the birth of a beer route in Alsace, just like the wine route. A relevant idea, to say the least, when you know that our region brews 60% of the French production.

As a finalist in the Best Cellarman of France 2022 competition, Maxime masters his subject well when he advises his customers on wine, beer or whisky. At Hopla Vins, he offers more than 300 references in spirits and 400 in wines, including many organic and biodynamic wines. Maxime also organizes tasting evenings (available upon reservation) around various themes, always accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses... You can even privatize the place for private tasting evenings. We love it!

Dreamlike and poetic: a timeless feeling emerges in Stéphane's cellar, a space dressed with imposing blocks of Vosges sandstone and local limestone. The place exudes a subtle atmosphere of contemplation. In addition to venerable wooden barrels, one discovers qvevri, earthenware jars from Georgia that give birth to wines made from grapes brought to full maturity, revealing complex fragrances. Here, the welcome and advice are top notch!

Created in 1395 to ensure the institution's food self-sufficiency, this mythical site at the entrance to the Hospices Civils reminds us of a time when wine was considered a remedy. You can visit the site and see the world's oldest wine in barrels, as well as buy wines from Alsatian winegrower partners who donate part of their harvest to keep this institution running, with profits going to Strasbourg's university hospital. A must!

Whether you are a fine connoisseur of rum or a neophyte, it doesn't make much difference because at the Rhumerie, we know how to offer you the product you need among their 400 varieties! It is also possible for you to have a tasting session on the premises or at your home. Most of their rums are imported from Brazil, Colombia, Reunion Island or Martinique and are up to 10 years old. La Rhumerie also has a shop on Altkirch and Waldighoffen, which specialises in roasting.

Over 300 references, from everyday to exceptional wines! In between, you'll find natural wines, spirits, "Moi, Moche et Bon" fruit juices and fermented soft drinks! We've added a small grocery store and soon a snack bar, and we're off!

The Mosbachs have been winegrowers since 1577. At the head of this 23 ha estate, Jean-Marie and Paul perpetuate the family tradition. Their vineyard is south facing and benefits from all the conditions that are favorable for an early flowering of the vine and a slow maturation of the grapes. The reputation of this domain is made on the pinot noirs vinified in red and in rosé. A visit to their cellar, with a capacity of 3,500 hectoliters, is worthwhile, as you will notice some beautiful oak barrels from the ^19th century.

Certified organic since 2018, this 13 ha estate is undoubtedly a historic estate in Eguisheim since it exists since the ^17th century! For 20 years, Michel Ginglinger and his wife have been leading it with a master's hand to offer more and more authentic and divine wines, from perfectly managed parcels for a ripe and healthy grape! In the cellar, bright, subtly mixing the charm of the old building mixed with the bar and contemporary furniture, taste without hesitation the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg 2020, fruity and elegant!

The Belvedere of the Maison Joseph Cattin is absolutely sublime! On the first floor, the tuns and barrels of the cellar can be seen through impressive glass walls. On the first floor, a superb wine bar is surrounded by an immense vegetated terrace that offers a 360° view of the vineyard, the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. Here, wine tourism is very popular: cellar visits, tasting of good wines accompanied by local products, "food and wine pairing" workshops, vineyard tours on foot, by bike or in an all-terrain electric gyropod!

Denis Wurtz has a degree in oenology and manages his beautiful 10 ha estate. He produces wines that are highly appreciated for their straightforwardness. Some good wines to taste during your visit: Pinot Noir (excellent wine for ageing in oak barrels), Héphaïstos (100% pinot blanc, gris and noir), Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives (racy, powerful and concentrated). Note that the Domaine de la Vieille Forge has a very picturesque gîte that can accommodate 5 guests in complete comfort.

Emeritus oenologist Thierry Scherrer masterfully manages his family estate, which is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified. His talent is regularly acclaimed: his Pinot Noir 2022 is included in the selection of the Guide Hachette des Vins. His Muscat Cuvée Bernard 2022 and his Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kaefferkopf 2018, with their delicious aromas of apricots zested with citrus fruit, are also highly appreciated.Thierry Scherrer can welcome small groups of around ten people to present his estate. A tasting in the cellar between the barrels completes the visit!

The vineyards of Lionel Reyser, Hubert's son, cover more than eleven hectares and are managed according to the rules of organic farming. The vineyard boasts beautiful terroirs with a wide variety of soils, enabling it to make the most of the particularities of each Alsatian grape variety, with a few specialities of its own, such as this Crémant Brut Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. This grape variety is also featured in Rouge du Stéphansberg (aged in oak barrels) 2007, as well as in Rosé d'Alsace 2012. Tours are available on reservation.

We have been growing vines and making wine on this estate since 1732! Some three centuries later, it is the same know-how, the same passion that drives the new generations: here, no stainless steel barrels or screw caps, we insist on respecting ancestral practices. Robert Blanck is also a follower of responsible and environmentally friendly agriculture (Terra Vitis label and HVE certified). Beautiful terroirs, the Schenkenberg of course, but also other places of interest for the cultivation of the vine, allow the estate to offer cuvées reflecting the typicity of its terroirs. Take the time to visit the cellar composed of imposing oak barrels, it is the occasion to discover some cuvées such as the Riesling Coteaux d'Obernai Vieilles Vignes, the Crémant d'Alsace Rosé or the Pinot Noir Rouge d'Ottrott. At the entrance of the estate, the Boutique du Vigneron allows you to buy the wines of the estate as well as many local products.

Since 1737, the Halbeisen family has been managing this 13-hectare vineyard estate from generation to generation with passion and good humour. Plots of land on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim, but also on the localities of Buehl, Pflaenzer, Haguenau, Brandhurst and a few others, enable the estate to produce 75,000 bottles of wine from the 7 Alsatian grape varieties, year in, year out. The wines are produced in several ranges: Vins de Terroirs, Vins en Barrique, Vins d'Exception, Grands Crus and Crémants d'Alsace. Among the cuvées of the moment to be tasted during your visit to Domaine Halbeisen : muscat Terra Aurea

2017 (crisp and intense fruitiness), pinot gris "Élevé en Barrique" 2015 (beautiful woody and honeyed notes), gewurztraminer Grand Cru Altenberg de Bergheim 2016 (citrus notes and good length in the mouth), crémant blanc Cuvée Millésimée 2016 (nice train of bubbles and floral notes). If you wish to linger in the beautiful city of Bergheim, the Domaine Halbeisen offers you, in its hotel residence of the Cour du Bailli (a 16th century winegrower's residence), pleasantly decorated rooms, a restaurant and a superb spa.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century, Rémy Gresser boasts a superb diversity of terroirs: the Grands Crus Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg, as well as the Brandhof, Duttenberg, Saint-André, Kritt and Clos de l'Ourse. He offers a remarkable range of wines, some dry, fine and fruity, others aromatic, full-bodied and generous. Like Dr. Jean-Louis Soltz, the eminent ampelographer from Andlau, Rémy is passionate about the Grands Terroirs and a follower of viticulture in symbiosis with nature.

Jean-Marie Bechtold is at the head of this 12-hectare farm, which has been certified organic since 2010. Part of his parcels are cultivated in the Grand Cru Engelberg, a rare terroir of oolitic limestone. A disused quarry that cuts through the hillside provides a glimpse: over a depth of 30 meters, the geological strata constitute an exceptional terroir. If the Rieslings coming from the Grand Cru Engelberg are famous, another terroir is interesting: the place called Obere Hund, very favorable to excellent Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.

Since 1888, this family business has been transforming fruit into drinks and bottling them. It diversified its range in 1953 by creating fruit juices. Today, more than forty products are offered: pure juices (apple, grape, pear, apple-mango, apple-quince...), organic juices (organic tomato, beet, blueberry...), based on concentrate, nectars, syrups and cider with fruits coming from Alsace, processed on the spot and sold in the store. You can drop off apples and leave with juice and cider, at a preferential rate.

The roots of the Braun family go back to 1583. In 1978, Camille Braun passed on the torch to her son Christophe who cultivates the family estate in an ecological, organic and biodynamic way (certified Bio and Demeter since 2005). The vines are grown on various terroirs: the Grand Cru Pfingstberg and the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf as well as on the Bollenberg hill, the Lippelsberg, the Buchrod and around Uffholtz. The family has set up 2 rural gîtes at the foot of the Bollenberg.

Seven generations have lovingly cultivated the 130 hectares of the Domaines, shaping the hillsides of Guebwiller. The use of Franc-Comtois horses to plough the steepest plots, the 50 km of terraced walls, and the vinification in century-old tuns all bear witness to the desire to combine tradition with the latest technology. Anxious to share their vision of a respectful and responsible viticulture, the managers have developed a wine tourism offer which is worth the detour: visit of the vineyards, the cellars and tasting of the wines of the exploitation.

Since 2014, Jean-Guillaume has run this 25-hectare family estate in the company of his oenologist wife, Céline. Working the soil is paramount for him, who is keen to develop his wines, which have been certified organic since 2021. The estate's terroirs - Grands Crus Kirchberg, Altenbgerg and Grossberg - are highlighted by wines of undeniable quality. Try the Pinot Noir Osmose, aged 12 months in oak barrels, with its lightly woody nose and silky mouthfeel, or the Pinot Gris Clos Ribeaupierre, with its fine, mineral nose and rich, fresh mouthfeel.

HVE-certified, this family-run estate is run by Julien and Aurélie, who are deeply committed to preserving first-rate winemaking traditions. To discover during your visit: Riesling Gand Cru Schoenenbourg 2017 (rated 93/100 by Swedish sommelier Andreas Larsson), Pinot Gris Grand Cru Mandelberg 2019 (2* Hachette des Vins), Crémant d'Alsace Rosé (1* Hachette des Vins). Aurélie and Julien welcome you to their Gîte du Vigneron, a comfortable apartment for 2-6 people.

Right in the heart of the Riquewihr vineyards, the Bra'V microbrewery has been nestled since 1998. Here, classic beers such as Pale Ale, Amber Ale and Weizen blend with more daring and atypical offerings such as whisky- or wine-barrel-aged beers, smoked beers, crémant beers and the Black Page with its coffee and dark chocolate aromas. You can drop by the boutique, book a tour of the brewery or enjoy a convivial moment in the biergarten on summer evenings.

This 8 ha estate is certified AB bio since 2013 and Demeter (biodynamic) since the 2020 vintage. It has vines on the famous Grand Cru Goldert terroir which produces famous gewurztraminers and muscats. We particularly appreciate the welcome of the Humbrech family. Sylvie, Claude and Maxime describe with passion their wines during a tasting in the cellar. We particularly like the Gewurztraminer Côté Terre 2018 (1 star in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2022). Oenology courses are available for a fee and last 3.5 hours upon reservation.

Along with the Rue du Siphon address, Caves Baumann is the anchor point for many Mulhousians with a passion for fine wines. In the center of town, you'll find the store where you'll be served with a great deal of thoughtfulness and advice. You'll find everything, or almost everything, from small table wines to precious bottles offering excellent value for money. Located on the highest point of the Alsatian vineyard, for 16 years Hervé Lichtlé has proudly embodied the 4th generation of a family of proud winegrowers. Its vineyard has plots of land planted with Eichberg and Pfersigberg grands crus. It also offers its Personal Reserve, Late Harvest and Noble Grains Selections. In the Walter family, the passion for wine has been passed down from father to son over more than 4 generations! This estate produces all the Alsatian grape varieties on 13 ha, notably the Grand Cru Steinert and the 1er Cru Côte de Rouffach. In some plots, the planting of flowers enhances the complexity of the different grape varieties. The vinification is carried out in century-old oak tuns! It is the ideal place to make a stopover in a motor home as the setting is so bucolic ...

With over 400 wines and 400 spirits, as well as regional and local delicacies, this small boutique is sure to please! The conductor, a former restaurateur, knows perfectly how to harmonize food and wine pairings. Subtle, free-spirited and refined, he will give you the sound advice of a connoisseur who loves life. Mr. Kilzer is also an enlightened connoisseur of rum (some 100 references), which is rather rare in the region. A veritable Alsatian institution since 1850, Distillerie Lehmann perpetuates a tradition of excellence that has been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Nestled in Obernai, this family-run distillery produces exquisite eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and the famous "Elsass Whisky". The oldest distillery in Alsace, it offers guided tours and tastings of regional classics such as Poire Williams, Mirabelle and Marc de Gewurztraminer. It's an ideal activity for lovers of spirits with character.

Marc, Christiane, their parents and sons manage this 25-hectare estate (unification of the 2 family estates in 2003) as a family. Marc and his father have been working the vines together since 1982. A silver medal winner for Crémant brut at the "World's Best Sparkling Wine" competition, HVE certified and soon to be certified organic for 8 hectares, the estate has not finished making a name for itself thanks to the new generation who are keen to develop it in the years to come.

Certified organic and biodynamic, this family estate of 11.2 ha is managed by Christian and Véronique Hebinger with their son Denis. Their wines are made from hand-picked grapes and are marketed exclusively at maturity. Some fine wines to discover during your visit: Pinot Noir Eguisheim S-60 9.10 2019 (old vine GC Eichberg), Pinot Gris Saint-Jacques (fat and ample), Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg (discreet and refined). There is also a range of natural wines, including Persephone, a surprising maceration wine from the GC Hengst.

Set in a beautiful setting of vineyards, this family business is located in Mittelwihr. For 4 generations, the Horcher family has been advising lovers of fine wines. By appointment, you will be able to taste a Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Mandelberg which received an exceptional score of 97/100 in Decanter magazine, as well as a Crémant d'Alsace Rosé (100% pinot noir) selected by the Bettane & Desseauve Guide. Looking for accommodation? 2 charming apartments (5 and 7 persons) and a house with a hot tub (8-10 persons) are waiting for you.

Since 2004, with organic certification, Jean-Luc has been passionately tending his 6.5-acre vineyard. In the "stub", the cellar next to his winery, he welcomes you with a smile for a tasting session and explains the typicity of each cuvée, the traditional ones or the more recent range of natural wines. There's the natural sparkling wine, Bulle de Michèle, with its fine, fresh bubbles, and the Muscat, Jardin de Paul, with its fruity, concentrated nose and rich, full-bodied mouthfeel. There's something for everyone!

Since 1977, the Hertzog family has been managing its 7.5 hectare estate using sustainable viticulture methods, particularly in the area known as Bildstoecklé (future^1er Cru). The range of Hertzog wines covers all the specificities of Alsace, in various ranges. Some of the wines are matured in the Cave des Hospices de Strasbourg. The estate also offers Alsace crémants (brut, white, rosé) as well as Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Do not hesitate to stop by the charming tasting cellar of the Hertzog family, you will be well received!

This estate is world-famous for the personality of its owner, Christian Binner, a passionate winegrower and president of the Association des Vins Libres. For over 20 years, he has managed his estate biodynamically, opting for a vinification process with no added inputs. The climate-controlled sandstone and Douglas fir winery is in total harmony with his environmental concerns. The Scarabée qui bulle natural sparkling wine from the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf is a special treat, to be discovered in the cellar, where cultivation and vinification methods will be explained to you.

Legend has it that a unicorn dipped its horn in Saverne water, making it perfectly pure... And water is a main element to make good beer, so obviously, what a wonderful place to set up a brewery! The structure was founded in the 18th century and was taken over in 1845 by the Schweickhardt family. From a craft brewery, it became an industrial brewery and since 1989 has been part of the Karlsberg Group. Today, the Licorne brewery is constantly innovating to offer you new beverages in all its ranges.

It is Arthur Ostertag, son of André (a very talented winegrower and poet at heart) who has been running the 15 hectares of this beautiful family estate since 2018, which has been biodynamic since 1998. The vines are mainly planted in Epfig (plots on the so-called Fronholz and Pflanzer sites) where the estate is established, but also in Itterswiller, Albé, Ribeauvillé (Clos Mathis) and Nothalten (Grand Cru Muenchberg, Zellberg and Heissenberg sites). Arthur Ostertag passionately makes spontaneous, precise and pure wines, with a predilection for pinot noir (Les Jardins Ostertag 2018 is a little marvel). During your visit (by appointment), he will also be pleased to offer you a tasting of L'Exutoire 2017 (a blend of Riesling and Sylvaner) and the Riesling Grand Cru Muenchberg 2018 (great mineral finesse). Ostertag wines are enjoyed by oenophiles all over the world and are adorned with labels designed by Arthur's mother, the painter Christine Colin.

Descended from a long line of master coopers, wine brokers and then winegrowers, the Dopff family has a 13-generation tradition of expertise. Today, Étienne-Arnaud and his wife manage the estate, supported by their team of 50 enthusiasts. A visit (by appointment) to the Dopff museum, wine library and cellars will take you right to the heart of the legend of Alsace wines. Our favorite is the Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg 2017, with its floral, fruity nose, 2 stars and a Coup de Coeur in the Guide Hachette des Vins. Cheers!

The estate comprises 14 hectares of vines in Itterswiller, Epfig and Nothalten. Cathia and Jacky welcome you to their cellar, with its charming vaulted stone door and colorful stained-glass windows. Here you can taste 4 ranges of wines: Traditions, Vins d'exception, les Terroirs and Vendanges Tardives. These excellent vintages, such as the Pinot Noir 2020, which won a silver medal at the Colmar competition in 2021, can be purchased on site. You can extend the experience by renting a gîte: enjoy the wines without worrying about the return trip!

This family estate, which covers 10 hectares, is run organically by Yvan Zeyssolff, who produces attractive wines such as the Klevener de Heiligenstein, vinified and aged in amphora. Yvan and his wife Céline have also created a delicatessen, Au Péché vigneron, a tea room, a dining bar and 5 gîtes (4-7 people) of high standing. You can also enjoy an immersive visit with a projection on the tuns, this offer has been awarded by the Trophy of wine tourism 2022.
