Since 1977, the Hertzog family has been managing its 7.5 hectare estate using sustainable viticulture methods, particularly in the area known as Bildstoecklé (future^1er Cru). The range of Hertzog wines covers all the specificities of Alsace, in various ranges. Some of the wines are matured in the Cave des Hospices de Strasbourg. The estate also offers Alsace crémants (brut, white, rosé) as well as Vendanges Tardives and Sélection de Grains Nobles. Do not hesitate to stop by the charming tasting cellar of the Hertzog family, you will be well received!

Independent winemaker. Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 1:30pm to 6pm. Closing at 5pm on Saturday. Groups welcome: commented tasting, food and wine pairing: by appointment. Online store.

The Domaine Hertzog is a winery located in Herrlisheim. It offers a wide range of fine and fruity Alsatian wines, from the most famous to the most classic vintages, including gastronomic wines. You will find Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Gewurztraminer. In addition, there are late harvest wines, Grains Nobles and blended wines such as Crémants and Edelzwicker.
