Hélène and André Sabatier, organic wine and olive oil producers since 2000, created this beautiful Maison de Pays association to honor the producers and the know-how of the surrounding villages. Today, it is their son Arnaud who has taken over the reins of the domain, and the passion remains. Michel Paschetta installed this family oil mill in 1979. With the help of his wife Françoise, he added an artisanal soap factory to it in 1985.
