An online shop and a small shop in the centre of Aix. Caroline travels the world to discover human and gourmet favourites. It works with local cooperatives, respecting fair trade, and invests itself in agricultural production. For example, it has planted a pepper nursery in Principe (the neighbouring island of Sao Tome off the coast of Gabon) that is starting to produce. Some chefs in the region are regular customers of his small shop where they buy pepper of all colours, cinnamon sticks from Sri Lanka and other wonderful flavours.
