As its name indicates, here it's all about flavors, those of the Mediterranean. Since 1965, Soléou has been making the kitchen sing with its subtle blends of olive oil, rapeseed oil and nuts. The condiments are aromatic and the spreads tasty. We love the "Caractère" organic olive oil, the special wok and pizza oils, and the old-fashioned mustard with candied fruits and honey that melts on white meats.
