The little biscuitier here is Romain! A former pastry chef at Le Petit Nice (with 3 stars to his name), he chose the pretty Rue des Arts to set up shop in 2017 and treat Toulonnais and visiting tourists alike to his homemade tuiles, ice creams, diamonds, chocolates and other marshmallows. Everything is made in the traditional way, and the ingredients are chosen with the utmost care. You can sample them as you stroll the streets of Toulon, order a boxed set to give as a gift, or indulge in a few savory aperitif cookies, crackers or breadsticks.
