Resolutely modern, relying on a family passion running for 3 generations, this place installed in the former slaughterhouses of the city offers 4 000 references on 450 m² of conviviality. Continuing the family wisdom, Michèle and Romain Fabre launched Le Comptoir de Maurice. Committed to organic and regional partners, they offer seasonal, locavore products, with taste, and respecting for the most part the specifications of organic farming.
