It is the oldest mill in France still in activity. Dating from the 13th century, it is now run by Max Doleatto, representing the^5th generation of the family. Seven different oils are produced from ripe olives, stored for 4 to 6 days. The "tradition" is a classic blend in which the red cayet variety dominates. The "authentic", on the other hand, is a singular oil, collected directly from the millstone. Come and taste it!

Established in 1983, Jean-Philippe Mandard handed over the keys to the hive in 2022 to Jean, who continues the work of his mentor (who is never far away). Little has changed in the artisanal production, which is as rich as ever, with 3 Label Rouge varieties: lavender, fine lavender and Provence all-flower. In all, 13 honeys, the quality of which is the culmination of artisanal know-how handed down through several generations of beekeepers. Of the 10 mills that existed in the 17th century in Draguignan, this mill is the only one to have survived the centuries. Fabrice Godet, the owner since 1982, crushes the olives of his 700 contributors (he doesn't have olive trees) in the old way: the crushing is done thanks to granite millstones, the paste is pressed with the help of scourtins. Then the liquid obtained is placed in settling tanks and the oil is collected in sheets. The shop of the mill offers oils and handcrafted soaps.

Gaëlle and Lionel Lartigalot run this artisan roastery with the conviviality and know-how of people who are passionate about what they do. In this fragrant boutique, you'll find some fifteen different coffees from Brazil, Kenya, Colombia... roasted on site. They also offer an incredible choice of nearly fifty types of tea to take away or enjoy on site in their tea room.

Since last September, in this dynamic cellar (also a delicatessen) run by Patricia and Stéphane, where Côtes-de-Provence wines - in all three colours - are the star attraction, a cheese and charcuterie bar, the only one of its kind in Draguignan, has been open with fresh products from the Bertin cheese dairy in Taradeau and the La Pastourelle cheese dairy in Châteaudouble, olive oil from the Taurenne estate, special breads and gluten-free bread from the gourmet bakery...
