You won't be able to choose your aperitifs the way you used to! In this grocery store on rue d'Endoume, the products are the result of a meeting between Guillaume Sourrieu, a Michelin-starred chef who delighted us for years at l'Epuisette, and two cousins, friends of the chef, Nicolas and Jean-Marc Timon-David. The result is a 100% Marseilles-based brand of jarred spreads and local crackers. Esquiché de crevettes à la coriandre, empégués à la menthe (aperitif cookies with mint, parmesan and pastis) or Figure de poulpe (spreadable octopus, tomato and lemon thyme), all are a delight and a great way to rethink moments of conviviality with a Provencal twist.
