Travel Guide Porto San Paolo

Porto San Paolo is a charming port on the east coast of Gallura that lives to the rhythm of the tourist season. The eye is rarely turned inland, but is drawn and hypnotized by the imperious beauty of this steep-sided mountain set in the middle of the sea: the island of Tavolara. The beaches along the coast, all facing east towards the island, are made up of clear sand and crystal-clear water with a thousand green-blue reflections. The port is on a human scale, as is the town center with its many stores. To the east, the visit should be completed by the small port of Cala Finanza, a little jewel out of time and away from the crowds.
