Located between 700 and 1,000 meters above sea level, the Danyi plateau is known for its cool climate, which allows the cultivation of potatoes. The plateau owes its name to the Danyi river, which flows, encased in its valley, in the middle of a forest gallery. From the plain, the road faces the plateau, winding its way up the slope. Before the summit, one can contemplate the plain, in particular the depression of the Takpla river. To reach the plateau of Danyi, take the road towards Atakpamé until the village of Adeta. Then follow the direction of Danyi-Dzogbégan. The road climbs before reaching the plateau of Danyi and Dzogbégan.
