To the east of Vallès Oriental, it is one of the privileged gateways to visit the southern and central part of the Montseny Natural Park. Characterised by its gentle way of life, the village is full of small squares, pretty terraces and wooded parks. Strolling along the Passeig del Remei or the Passeig de l'Estatut - where the Torre del Pla, Torre Deó and Can Boxeda Tower stand out - you will immediately get to know its rich modernist heritage. From the village there are about ten signposted paths to follow, including the beautiful "Route de la Tourdera", a 200 km route along the Tordera River.
