Located 6 km north of Cadaqués, the place is accessible by a small road that winds through a beautiful setting between sky and sea. From this windswept Pyrenean rocky spur, you will have an impressive view from the Port de la Selva to Roses and l'Escala. Declared a natural park, this cape is the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula. The rock, very jagged, falls into the blue sea and forms beautiful coves. Near the lighthouse is a former Guardia Civil barracks, now converted into a bar-restaurant with terraces. It is a great way to rediscover the atmosphere filmed by Luis Buñel in The Golden Age (1930).
