Tranquillity is king in this picturesque mountainous and wooded village. Nestling at the gateway to the Montseny Natural Park, it is formed by a small urban nucleus and a few old farmsteads scattered throughout its greenery. Although it is sparsely populated, Campins is coveted for its good restaurants in a privileged setting. Its mild climate and the magnificent landscapes that surround it make it a choice stopover for explorers of the Montseny. The Can Cullell farm, renamed Can Pitarra, was the residence of the Catalan poet and playwright Frederic Soler i Hubert (it cannot be visited). Finally, the first Spanish natural cement factory was built in Campins at the beginning of the 20th century. Convenient: from Campins, a bus takes you to Santa Fe.
