The Odem Odem was founded in 1981. It is located on Mount Odem, 4 km south of the Druze town of Mas'ada, and is surrounded by Odem Forest (where the Big Baja is located) and numerous orchards. Its name means ruby, which refers to the red color of the rocks of Mount Odem, an extinct volcano. There is a pleasant guesthouse and Odem Mountain Winery.
