Altitude: 2,000 m. Ravangla, or Rabongla, is an important crossroads in southern Sikkim, which you'll pass through on your way from Pelling, or Yuksom, to Gangtok. It's a pleasant little town for a break on the road, and you can take advantage of the opportunity to visit Buddha Park. The Ravongla Star Hotel is located away from the traffic of the city center, in a quiet environment. The best rooms have lovely views, and there's also a very good restaurant.
