It is the gateway to the Parc national des Grands-Jardins, a unique natural site in the heart of the Charlevoix Biosphere Reserve. Among other things, you will find northern vegetation that is exceptional for this latitude, such as taiga and even tundra. Sports enthusiasts can also enjoy the Traversée de Charlevoix trails, a hundred-kilometre hiking or cross-country skiing trek. The village is also home to several interesting agri-food producers: Les Viandes Bio de Charlevoix, the Centre de l'Émeu de Charlevoix, the Ferme Basque de Charlevoix and the Charlevoisienne Charcuterie.
