12 kilometers from Mortagne-au-Perche. La Chapelle-Montligeon is located not far from the state forest of Réno-Vladieu. Sportsmen will not be outdone with several mountain bike circuits and hiking routes proposed by the commune. Do not miss the visit of its impressive basilica. Neo-Gothic in style, it has beautiful stained glass windows and mosaics created by Louis Barillet. Free guided tours are organized every Sunday at 4 pm (April to September). See also the Saint-Pierre church, which dates from the 16th century. It has a wooden altar, a tabernacle and a baptismal font.
