730 inhabitants. Portballintrae is a small coastal village located at the bottom of a cove near Bushmills. The harbour, golf and beach make it a pleasant place and its white houses and buildings face the horizon. The place attracts boaters thanks to the beautiful popular beach of Bushfoot (1,5 km long) in the northeast. The area is also classified as CERN (Area of Special Scientific Interest) and offers some superb trails on the coast.
