Bushmills is a very pleasant village, typical of 19th-century village life on the banks of the River Bush, with mills, priories and a thriving local industry, especially whisky production. The destination is especially popular for its proximity to Giant's Causeway and Dunluce Castle, its Ireland-famous restaurant (the tasty Bushmills Inn) and its whisky-making. The old buildings are also very well restored, and it's a pleasure to wander the few streets in search of typical Northern Irish relics. An escapade not to be missed.
